The Watchers
Over 900 Years passed since the election; for over 900 years the Faction has been in power. The Faction was not a good entity to be in power either. The personal identity of each civilian had been stripped down to nothing and replaced with their assignment.

Skinwalker Ranch
It’s midnight in Utah, and a full moon engulfs the ghoulish landscape with a pale blue light. It’s a typical Saturday, except that I’m camping on tribal Indian land. My guide (and protector) for the evening is security from the Ute Indian Tribe. I could swear he’s just as anxious as me. We’re exploring an area historically known for it’s high-strangeness, it’s UFOs, Skinwalkers, and paranormal activity. I can’t help but wonder why I’ve agreed to be bait for this excursion. Yep, human bait. Where we’re camping is said to be directly along the path of the Skinwalker. No, that’s not a good thing. Luckily we have a tribal shaman on hand, just incase things get out of control.

Twin Peaks: The Return Finale
Well, Twin Peaks: The Return went out the way it all came in: at the beginning. As usual in The Return, that little man who told Cooper early on to "Wake up!" and last week, when Cooper got back his senses (to the extent that anyone has senses or sense in this multiple inside-out reality) after far too long, intoned "Finally!," tonight spoke truth when he asked of Cooper the question, "is it the future or the past?" in that slo-mo way that folks speak in the alter-dimension.

Speechless
It’s 2135 and we are stuck in what’s left of Pittsburgh. We aren’t allowed to speak. Or laugh, or cry, or scream. We aren’t allowed to write, and we have nothing to listen to. Every time I cough or sneeze I hold my breath because I fear one day they will outlaw that too. They have taken our books and our music and our screens. Seven years ago they took our lives.
