Doctor Who: The Last Post Review
It's hard to believe that it's been over five years now since we lost Caroline John, the actress perhaps best known for playing Doctor Liz Shaw alongside Jon Pertwee's Third Doctor in Doctor Who's 1970 season. Yet despite appearing on the long-running series for a single season, fans never forgot the character and the actress returned to reprise the role numerous times on audio for Big Finish Productions in the years before her passing. The last story recorded before her passing, the appropriately titled The Last Post, stands as a tribute to character and actress alike.

The Adjustment Bureau or the Law of Distraction
Much has been written about positive thinking and The Secret's Law of Attraction. Similar concepts which, apparently if used correctly, can 'get you everything you want.' Far be it for me to play the sceptic, but is it really that simple? Or, as this film's title implies, are other forces at work, trying desperately to keep us on that pre-determined straight and narrow?

Hasta La Vista, Arnie: Why Now Is The Perfect Time To Bring Back 'The Sarah Connor Chronicles'
Well, it looks like Judgement Day has taken its toll and the robot apocalypse is well and truly upon us. Despite the best laid plans by James Cameron, Jonathan Mostow, McG, and Alan Taylor, the #Terminator franchise has finally powered down after five films and 33 years. The news comes that the reported sequel to Terminator Genisys has found itself on the Skynet scrapheap alongside the titular Terminator #ArnoldSchwarzenegger. Given his recent departure from The New Celebrity Apprentice, at least we know Arnie isn't leaving his role in robotics to continue his reality television aspirations.

Black's Your Lot: Director Reveals 'Men In Black 4' Is Unlikely To Happen
Well, it looks like it might really be time to put on the last suit you will ever wear, because it looks like Men in Black 4 might be as likely to appear as the aliens that reside within it. With its bopping soundtrack and blatant rip-off of Patricia Rushen's "Forget Me Nots," the first #MenInBlack film became the third-highest grossing movie of 1997 and even won an Academy Award for Best Makeup. The next two installments may have brought in over $1.6 billion for #Columbia, but were we watching a franchise that relied on its main stars rather than something people actually enjoy watching *cough* Pirates of the Caribbean *cough*.

The Right Guy For The Job: Guy Pearce Returns For 'Alien: Covenant'
As Ridley Scott tools up another crew for doom in the upcoming Alien: Covenant, the sequel/prequel will return to its horror roots by making sure that in space, no one can hear you scream. Exploring the Xenomorph lore, #AlienCovenant is amping up the mystery and making Michael Fassbender the center of proceedings. Fassbender will be in the dual role of androids David (returning from #Prometheus) and newcomer Walter. We already saw David's nefarious schemes last time around, while Walter seems just as sinister as his doppelgänger in the footage we have seen.

Like It Or Lumpy It: Chewbacca's Son Is Officially In Star Wars Canon
You can say what you want about the Star Wars Holiday Special, but it has certainly given us something to talk about over the past 39 years: Carrie Fisher singing carols, a sympathetic (but still largely silent) Boba Fett, and a segment of meet the Wookiees that now looks like it has been plucked from Harry and the Hendersons.

Itsy Bitsy Teenie Weenie Golden Colored Jabba's Bikini: The Story Of Carrie Fisher's Infamous Star Wars Outfit
Barely a Comic-Con or Halloween goes by when we don't see a young, skinny, woman wrapped in chains and sporting a certain golden bikini — here's looking at you Olivia Munn. The reason, you ask? Well, any avid #StarWars fan will recognize #CarrieFisher's Princess Leia golden outfit from 1983. Like the wind up Marilyn's skirt or Jessica Rabbit's plunging sequin gown, Leia's bikini became a sex symbol for the ages and one of the most memorable outfits in cinema. The image of the late great Carrie Fisher parading around the Yuma Desert will immediately come to mind, accompanied by the words "slave bikini" — a dangerous phrase indeed.
