Out of Sight, Out of Mind
Nothing like being on a tight schedule. Two weeks ago, my husband, my friend and I had an agenda. Drive from Roswell to Arabella to drop off some music equipment, then on to Ruidoso by 1 PM to make sure we were in cell range for an important phone call. No problem. It’s 11:30 AM. Only an hour and a half to Ruidoso with just enough wiggle room for the detour to Arabella. Having made the trip countless times, we were confident that there wouldn’t be any problem.

Life and Production: S2 E10: The Fire of His Intellect
Cases With the Prohibition of psychoactive and narcotics and hallucinogens lifted; with the liberation of prescription drugs introduced, problems persisted still. Trevor Lesane aimed to solve such issues. It was not some “miracle” dreamed up from some mystical fantasy. No. Mr. Trevor Lesane developed DACA to combat the growing numbers of addicts. He intended to produce a substance which would treat even the most devastated of cases. He sat there not at his laboratory with his pristine, white laboratory coat. Now, he donned a three-piece-suit including platinum and diamond cufflinks and tie clip. The blue-green display of figures drove Lesane to shut down the digital projector. His determination, his will allowed him to continue with his work despite the number of problems that arose.

The MeerKAT Telescope
Earth now has the clearest images of the black hole at the center of our galaxy thanks to The MeerKAT Telescope, South Africa’s new super telescope! Originally the Karoo Array Telescope (KAT), the MeerKAT also gets its name from the small carnivorous animal that belongs to the Mongoose family populating South Africa. The observation project of galaxies, dark matter, and the cosmic web also has been gifted the name of the South African Mongoose family the Meerkat is part of: Project MHONGOOSE is a blend for MeerKAT HI Observations of Nearby Galactic Objects: Observing Southern Emitters. Whew! Scientists sure know how to shorten a mouthful, don’t they?

Dirty Little Secret
It was hilarious in a pathetic sort of way how utterly unaware humans were. How they could sit within arm's reach of a predator, of a monster, and be none the wiser to the danger that sat sizing them up for whether they'd make a tasty meal or not. And it was even more pathetic when the humans that were the predators of their fellows were unaware of the apex predator that stared them down.

A World Reborn
But why did you go there in the first place?" She asked, looking quite shaken. "You do know that part of town is under quarantine, right? What would you have done, had one of those things been able to get a hold of you?" Jessica shook her head, running her hand through her blonde bangs. "Honestly, Kalvin, sometimes I think you're out looking for an excuse to get sent to prison for tampering."

Life and Production: S2 E9: The Emotionalist
Closer “The heart, class, the heart is with the Earth. It is up to us to define how the heart and planet coalesce. The way to do it is to commune with Nature. Our hearts must sing songs to Mother Earth. With every beat, we get closer. Closer.”

Beautiful World: Transgression
My name is Lorien; Lorien Delgado if you must know. I am who leads the rebellion. This story I'm about to tell you is a story of my own. A story of my life that I will tell you from the memories that haunt me every time I close my eyes. They run through my thoughts constantly– forever burned in my mind. I'm unable to escape the tragedy, pain, and sorrow I beheld. For my story has no good end.
