Shadows of Darkness
Lady Ashton drew in a sharp painful breath as she felt another blow to her cheek. She winced, biting the inside of her cheek to keep from crying out. She was determined not to give them the satisfaction of knowing she was in pain. Her whole body went slack, her knees weakening, and collapsing from underneath herself.

To the grave.
Lord and Lady Elmsmere were proudly well-respected members of society, living the luxurious life in their quaint manor a few miles from London in the rich countryside of south-east England. With people serving their every needs it was no wonder they failed to notice the disappearance of their children as they hid away in their attic in amongst the covered portraits that were so big they reached the roof, spare funiture resided under dust sheets and boxes of old toys and documents stacked high leaving little room for them to play but they certainly didn’t mind.

Astrology of the 2020 Elections: Mike Bloomberg
Introduction In 2016, I saw that the astrological community was very divided on who was going to win the presidential elections, but I noticed that these astrologers had one thing in common: their predictions were driven more by bias than astrology. Hilary Clinton supporters were predicting her win, while Trump supporters predicted his win. Not once did I see a Democrat predict Trump's victory nor did a Republican predict Clinton's. For someone actually wanting to study astrology, it was very disappointing.

Clockworks Chronicles of Zahn
6) And the Clockworks Tick On Dr Saba finished putting her magical implements and other medical tools away as her nurse left the room with the dirty dressings and other sundry supplies. She then looked Cooper’s way, while he changed behind the modesty barrier, and said, “Well it seems a small piece of the black sword’s crystal has broken off into your wound and that is why it’s not healing like the rest of your wounds.”

The Travels of Draconis Teine - Part 5
I felt amazingly refreshed when I began to stir. The couch had actually been rather comfortable. The worst part of my sleep had been my dreams. I was fighting, sword in hand. The oddest part was the people I was fighting. They looked human but they seemed to have some form of animal-like features and animal skin around their neck and outer forearms. Even I had what I thought to be dragon scales on my forearms. It was the weirdest dream I could ever remember having.

Saturn in Capricorn
It's difficult to say who discovered Saturn. It has always been visible to the naked eye in the dark of night. Galileo Galilei was the first to look through a telescope in 1610 and see Saturn's rings with Titan, one of it's many moons. These had disappeared for him later and chalked up to a trick of the eye. In 1659 it was a Dutch Astronomer, Christiaan Huygen, who saw Saturn's largest moon and he named it Titan. In 1675, Giovanni Cassini discovered 4 more moons orbiting this gas giant, as well as it's two largest rings and their gap. This gap is called 'The Cassini Division'.

Save the rainforests, save the planet.
Rainforests are some of the most vital ecosystems we have on the planet, and have recently been shown to be one of the most effective TOOLS we have in the fight against climate change. Despite this, we're destroying them at a rate of over 80,000 acres a DAY, fueled by extractive industries like animal agriculture, oil, and logging. Some scientists now estimate that we could see the last of our rainforests destroyed in just over 100 years if we continue at the current rate of deforestation.

Global Warming is creeping in...
Throughout time we have seen vast changes in our world from population growth, to gender equality, women rights, to gun control. But one topic of discussion that always seems to be up in the air is over our home, our world, where we choose to live our lives and raise our families. We are talking about global warming. Global warming as a discussion would put most people into a panic with whom they are discussing the topic with. It seems as though so many people don't believe in global warming whereas there is an equal amount of people who do.
