Doctor Who: Is The Doctor Inside a Parallel World - Theories & Evidence
Whilst Doctor Who has never been shy of controversy and ever-expanding plots which baffle even the most loyal of viewers, a lot of fans have been taking to the internet recently to express one core theory they feel explains what has been a rather ambitious couple of series. With Jodie Whitakers first full-length episode debuting in 2018, fans were quite excited to see the actress bring the character into a new age, but things for the Doctor were a little bit different. Hurtling to Earth at an unfathomable speed as she watches the TARDIS burn up above her, the Doctor's crash-landing into the train below left many fans immediately gripped, and in some ways, immediately sidetracked from the core question: Why did the TARDIS crash and burn?

Field Repairs
‘How’s it going down there?’ Sarah gave a distracted grunt, but otherwise ignored the question that came from her comm unit, focusing instead on the mess of circuitry and pipes in front of her. There was definitely some rewiring that needed to be done, but the positioning of the circuit board would make it awkward. This was because if an antimatter processing unit of this size broke down, you were supposed to replace it entirely. You certainly weren’t supposed to attempt field repairs with any part of the ship still powered up. The stickers on the unit didn’t warn you about voiding your warranty; they had a to-scale illustration detailing just how large an explosion you could cause.

Dreamstate
I opened my eyes slowly. The harsh sunlight surrounded me, and I squinted through the unkind light. I groaned and rolled on to my side, relishing the warm, fuzzy blankets wrapped around me. I knew that the light from my window wouldn’t permit me to sleep any longer, so I sat up begrudgingly. My head throbbed. It felt as if a 500 pound weight had been placed on my head. Everything hurt almost as if I had been thrashed around in a tank full of water for hours on end. Ignoring the pain, I swung my legs over the side of the bed. I felt around for my slippers on the floor, but I couldn’t find them.

Every Star Wars Movie And Series Coming To The Galaxy Far, Far Away
It's a wide ol' cosmos out there and Disney's ever-growing Star Wars franchise has proved there's plenty more to explore. From the heady days of George Lucas' original trilogy to his maligned prequels, the concluding trilogy of Skywalker Saga movies to the mixed-bag of Solo: A Star Wars Story, that galaxy far, far away is more popular than ever.

Ranking the Science Fiction Merits of the Original Series Star Trek Movies
What does science fiction merit mean. How about an idea that makes you think and helps bring sense to the world we live in. Star Trek qualifies on many counts so here’s my TOS movie rankings from six to one.

So Goes the End of Everything
Earth is succumbing to famine due to blight and drought resulting from climate change, the depletion of resources, and overpopulation. A global pandemic is wiping out less-developed nations. In the United States, the vulnerable poor, working poor, and lower middle class, especially the elderly, are dying from a lack of access to affordable, quality healthcare. Amidst all of this, political conservatives, convinced they are living in the end-times, are stunned when members of a cult that worships the late author, Kurt Vonnegut, vanish without a trace.

Weekly Horoscopes (April 23 to 30th)
Since we are in Taurus Season, it will be my honor to start off with the Earth Warriors (Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn) and what’s to come for you the rest of this week/month. A lot of you will start to feel this pull to just stop obsessing over career and how other people feel about you and just start doing you more unapologetically. Realizing that you are not the center of the galaxy and that the world doesn’t revolve around you will surprisingly lead to a huge load being lifted off your shoulders and it is in that energy space where you will create and do wonderful things, simply because you want to make yourself happy, and not just others!

Review of 'Star Trek: Discovery 2'
I endeavored in my reviews of Star Trek: Picard and the first season of Discovery to keep them free of specific spoilers. But it is not possible to review the tour de force that is the second season of Discovery without them, so expect plenty of spoilers in what follows.

What happened to Rose?
My little sister, Rose, is not what one would normally expect from a younger sibling. Younger siblings are people you love unconditionally, but are still super annoying. Anyone who has siblings will be able to attest to the weirdness that is the sibling dynamic. Rose is not like that at all. It was like she exited the womb as an angel. She hardly ever cried as a baby, she slept through the night, and immediately fell in love with every person she met. My parents and I were terrified what the terrible twos would bring, as I had been a bit of a hellion when I was younger. However, she remained sweet and loving. When she turned 7 years old, she seemed even more unnaturally adorable than before. She has long, wavy, copper colored hair that many women would die for. Her eyes are the sharpest green I have ever seen. She wouldn't have hurt a fly if her life depended on it.

Review of 'Star Trek: Discovery 1'
One of my favorite lines in any movie or television show is Jake Houseman (played by the inimitable Jerry Orbach) lamely apologizing to Johnny in Dirty Dancing -- "when I'm wrong, I say I'm wrong". That's what I have to say about not watching Star Trek: Discovery until the past few days. I wasn't in the mood for another Star Trek series, I didn't like paying for or even just watching yet another streaming service. But I was wrong.
