Why Did Obi-Wan Wait So Long To Start Training Luke?
Star Wars is such a huge franchise that it is filled with many questions. Some questions are meant to be there and get answered one way or another, and other questions are perceived by audiences as something like "plot holes," whether they know what that means or not. An interesting question posed by CBR, however, is why Obi-Wan Kenobi waited so long to start training Luke.

Ep. 107 - Living Without Earth Part 2
This week we bring you another thrilling episode about the prospect of living without our planet. We mainly focus on the aspect of physically living on Mars. What sort of problems would we run into? Would we need a government right away, or at all? Where would you choose to set up a colony if it wasn't Mars? We obviously don't know the answers to any of these questions but we sit around and discuss the possibilities and just like every episode we go off on a few tangents. Grab a beer, your favorite Martian and settle in as we bring on the weird!

Day 7:Clean mind
7 am Woke up too fucking early. Sitting in my hole, my cave, my pit of doom. Since I got home last night, Been cleaning worked to smell not of old takeout and dirty clothing. 12 loads of laundry running in the basement; shit, it's shocking it still runs. The machine was my father's, and before that, it was my grandmother's.

Book Review: "The Stone Man" by Luke Smitherd
This book was really strange because it was one of my random reads of the week and instead of going straight for the reviews before buying it - I just bought it and went into reading the thing as soon as it came to my door. I enjoyed the concept, I enjoyed the idea of the stone man but what I did not enjoy was the characters or the writing style. Forgive me, but I feel like the writing style is a bit too post-modern for me. It is too out there and when the descriptive nature is constantly being interrupted by another narrative, it is really hard to get going. I can understand why others enjoy it, but it just was not for me. It is a book that honestly employs different storytelling techniques and for someone who knows what they enjoy in fiction, I could not get into this one.

The Lost
Chapter One As the sun rose it made the sands look like an ocean with ripples of waves spanning over the hills, in the middle of this sand ocean was a small tent. This tent was not bad for someone who never built anything before, it was a simple tee-pee that the walls had been made of patchwork leather from different animals. Holding the hides in place were a very rough-looking twin, that was made from fibrous plants. There was a flap in the font to enter that was held together by a small stick latch and hoop. The top had a small opening for fresh air and to let out the smoke. Takara had placed a small triangle leather piece at the top to help with any rain that might come into the tent. In the center were a few small rocks that she had brought in from the fire to heat the tent for the eve. On the inside was about fifteen feet in diameter one side she had her few bags the makeshift carry sled she pulled when she had to camp and a few rations that she had dried from alligator and deer meat for food, with berries she had seen some of the local tribes eat.

Nightshade Shadowspell
Her breath matched her heartbeat, slow and steady. The observers backed away in fear. There was no way to calm her. The Alpha bared her teeth, growling at nothing. Darkness rose, covering all in a black, misty haze. She turned and ran, leaving a shocked Beta behind in the dust. Nightshade loped through the forest to a secret secluded location. Collapsing on a bed of fallen leaves, she dry heaved until the tremors stopped and sleep overtook her.

The End
I woke up in an unfamiliar room. The walls and ceiling were white. The lights were bright and unyielding as they shone onto my face. The bed I was lying in had a papery feeling to it. I lifted my arms up and inspected them. There were bandages around my wrists. An IV stuck out of the crook of my left elbow.
