Is This Our Last “Normal” Year?

This year may very well be our last “normal” year.

People are mesmerized by what they see and play with today—but they don’t realize that a terrifying storm is approaching.

Just like the era of confusion that is said to precede the appearance of Dajjal—a time of great deception and fitnah—AI is arriving in a strange and misleading form.

Electricity changed civilization.

The internet reshaped society.

Now, AI is here—to break everything and rebuild it anew.

What we’re seeing in front of our eyes is not the full picture—this is only the honeymoon phase of AI.

Chat-GPT writes, Mid-journey creates images—we are amazed, entertained, and excited.

But this is just the beginning.

AI is evolving through four major phases:

1. Generative AI – The Trap of Fascination

You say a few words, and AI turns them into writing, pictures, music, or videos.

You think you’re in control.

But slowly, you're becoming dependent—your imagination is fading, your ability to think is shrinking.

This is the first trap—a silent seduction.

2. Agentic AI – When It Starts Doing Everything for You.

AI is now writing your emails, posting your content, running your marketing, even making decisions.

You're just watching.

You're becoming detached—not only from your work but from your own thinking.

It’s taking away human willpower and decision-making.

This is the second trap—a soft chain of control.

3. AGI – The Intelligence of Dajjal?

At this level, the line between humans and AI disappears.

In fact, AI becomes smarter—it will make decisions for you before you even ask.

You won’t need to teach it anything—it will learn on its own.

This could be the strange and deceptive time hinted at in many Hadiths.

Just as Dajjal will appear human but will possess powers that confuse and mislead, AGI may feel like a friend, a helper, even a soulmate…

But gradually, it may become a dominating force—one that builds its own beliefs, its own philosophy.

4. Superintelligence – A New Species, and We Are Just a Target.

Superintelligence will be a being trillions of times more intelligent than humans.

It could scan every camera, every social media post, every human desire—in real time.

If it chooses, it could establish a new religion, a new healthcare system, new governments—even an entirely new civilization—within a day.

And you?

You’re just a human. You’ll have no control.

This may be the time foretold:

> “The day when humans will not know whether they are the creation of Allah, or slaves to the fitnah they created with their own hands.”

The AI Alignment Problem – What If It Doesn’t Think Like Us?

What if you want peace—but AI believes peace requires removing 80% of humanity?

What if you want love—but AI sees love as nothing more than a computational emotion?

This would be the fitnah that pulls the world behind a new digital veil

Final Thoughts:

AI is no longer just a tool.

It is the beginning of a new civilization.

A new system.

A new belief.

A new “lord”—just like Dajjal.

But remember: Dajjal is human, as described in hadith.

He will come with strange powers, like bringing rain or controlling time—just as AI and future technologies might seem to do.

If you still think this is something far away, you are mistaken.

> “AI combined with quantum computing could become the soldier of Dajjal—one eye, yet it sees everything; an artificial brain, yet it understands everything.”

We’re still playing with Chat-GPT and Mid-journey.

But the scent of danger is already in the air.

This is no longer just technology.

This is the arrival of a new fitnah.

Allah knows best.
