With Great Love and Pain
Being comfortable is a discomfiting idea. Being comfortable means being vulnerable, and I don’t know if I’m ready to take that leap. It requires trust. I’m not sure I can find any trust in my heart. My heart, which has been broken too many times before. My heart, which has grown cold from the distance I put between myself and anyone else. My heart, which has grown afraid of love and affection.

The Psychology of a Dominant ..
The best Doms I have ever had had no idea they even were. They were men who were very often unaware they had these traits. Oddly enough they were in helping fields- law enforcement, fire, lawyers. The were well educated, strong and kind. They did not have a need for control or power. They had this innate desire that could never be met by the average woman yet they would treat their women like gold- very often they were emasculated for their efforts. The phrase reads " a Dominant needs to needed and a submissive needs to be wanted." They have these huge hearts buried under stoic masks that they present to the world. The are the white knights who will hold a woman's hand in her weakest moment, and flinch at her tears or an injury to her and do anything to protect her.

Literacy, numeracy and porn -
Our educators are doing a courageous job arming our children with what they need to be safe and sane in this modern world. On top of the fundamentals of English, maths, science and history, curriculums are now providing digital literacy and emotional literacy skills. These latter initiatives aim to strengthen positive, equal, and respectful relationships among women and men and are included in the National Plan to End Violence against Women and Children 2022–2032 (The National Plan) [1]. However, there is one glaring omission from this range of new literacy programs. What about porn literacy?

River Road Bridge
River Road Bridge Boys being boys His name was Bill. At least that’s what he said his name was. He said he was from Chicago. It was not unusual to hear someone say they were from Chicago, at least not in my small southwestern Wisconsin town. Heck, half the people who lived in Chicago had visited that town in the short time I had been alive. At least it seemed that way. My hometown was what some called a “tourist trap.” That he was from Chicago is not the most unique thing about Bill. Bill was a Black man. He was the first black man I ever talked to.

Why I Design Websites for Sex Workers
When I was in coding school, my career coach took me aside and told me that the idea I had for my final project was great but that I probably shouldn't do it. The reason why he didn't recommend that I proceed with my idea for my final was that I had wanted to build a Patron-esque membership site for my then-wife, April Flores, a performer in the adult industry. He thought that having such a website on my portfolio would hinder me from getting jobs after I graduated.
