Tickle Fetish - Some guys get excited by tickling. They like to imagine tickling a woman. If you can laugh and giggle throughout the call, it's easy to play along.

Tease and Denial - Guys who resist ejaculation. I usually find that I chat about whatever. We often discuss his ex-girlfriend or ex-wife. I let him get excited and start stroking himself. I've taken quite a lot of these calls over the years as most services don't consider it taboo. They actually don't get bloody and usually don't have as much gore as you might expect (men tend to prefer to be eaten whole).
