What should they do?

This was a dilemma.

Should they tell people or keep a secret?

They had never had this dilemma before and it had only happened because they had been so desperate and just picked up what they thought was a note in the street.

It wasn't.

This was life-changing but it was not theirs.

Someone had lost it, and they had it?

The dilemma was whether to ring and claim the winning lottery ticket or to tell them they had just found it.

What should they do?
