A: You may log dissent through the Silence Portal. A committee reviews entries quarterly. You will receive a response in 3–5 silences.

Q: Can I visit other districts?

A: Yes, with a courtesy vocal-cord freeze to ensure re-entry compliance.

Q: What if I can’t stop talking?

A: You’ll begin a Silence Acclimatization Journey with personalized tapering and access to Nonverbal Coaches™. Persistent talkers may qualify for Early Release Integration.
