There was a mountain boy who had only studied for a few days because the poverty of his family was like a mountain across his path to school. But in these few days, he learned a wonderful word: the sea! So in the following difficult years, he often fantasized: What is the sea like, it must be far away, can I see it, can I sail on the sea? It was as if he felt an inexplicable relationship with the sea, so he climbed up the highest mountain in his hometown and looked around, trying to find the sea, but there were only rolling hills in front of him.

Slowly, his life of poverty made him gradually forget the sea. As the years changed, he worked hard at farming, but he was still poor. However, he felt that the ravine was his true home and the sea was just a luxury dream!

Once, a mysterious guest passed by and he gave him a warm welcome. When he left, he left a packet of seeds and said to him, "Stop planting crops, sow these seeds and you will make a fortune! I will buy them next year." He took out a sum of money and handed it to him, saying, "This is the deposit." He took it with trepidation and watched the guest walk away.

A few days later, he sowed the seeds in faith. In April and May of the following year, the field was filled with large, bright flowers, one after the other like white sprites blossoming in the wind, their fragrance wafting out for more than ten miles. He looked happily at the edge of the field, waiting for the customer to come and buy, imagining in his mind the scene after he became rich. Finally came, but he waited not for the customer, but a few police officers with batons.

After a series of interrogations, he was charged with poppy cultivation and taken to a centralized prison. During his disorienting escort, he rides on a train for the first time in his life but is surrounded by heavily armed police officers. Once he accidentally looked out the window and saw a large lake. He could not help but ask, the police told him - that is the sea. He froze, but also suddenly understood. The sea is not far away from him, but the eye's vision is limited.

The mountain people gave him simplicity but also threw him peace and ignorance. He regretted in the tangle of chagrin that he did not always hold on to the rope of the dream so that the years drowned in a piece of nothing.

Being a deluded person, he was soon released from prison. But he did not go back to the mountains but went to the sea to find the dream that had been lost to him for a long time. A decade later, he finally bought his fishing boat, started a fishing company, and with a lovely wife and a lively son, his dream became a reality.

Now that he is old, he lives in a small cottage by the sea. Every morning and evening, he goes for a walk on the beach, always with his little grandson by his side. At that time he would tell many stories about himself, perhaps to his grandson, perhaps to himself, or perhaps to the endless sea.

One time, the little grandson suddenly asked, "Grandpa, what's on the other side of the sea?" He squatted down and pointed to the sea horizon and murmured to his grandson: "Over there, there may be a big ship sailing there that is even bigger than grandpa's ship, but you can't see it now. Do you want to drive this big ship?" The grandson nodded vigorously.

He smiled and stood up while shouting to the sea in a more determined voice: "Then start acting now, don't care if you can see the result today, because tomorrow is everything that you can't see today! But tomorrow, tomorrow's tomorrow will never let a brave heart go home disappointed!"
