It was a mansion boom. The builders couldn’t put them up fast enough. The demand overwhelmed. But it all meant business boomed.

“I’m snapping up three mansions,” nuclear physicist and inventor Filroy Notch admitted. He had been the chief designer of the Goulding Nucleus. His net worth was estimated from two to five billion dollars.

Levella Gardens said she had purchased her first home in Greenville thirty years ago. After the mortgage was up, she found that her property value had risen as well. She sold her home for ten million dollars.

“I’m just glad I’m able to get paid.”
