Frank couldn’t believe what he was seeing. It was amazing, he had never seen anything else like it in his entire life. It was almost supernatural, disappearing and then moments later it, “Boop”, it was back. It almost seemed like it was floating right in front of him.

When he first encountered it, he was terrified. He came close to crying out of fear for his life. It just came hovering right in front of his face and then in a moment, disappeared. It was scary but so incredible that Frank was able to hold back the tears. When it left for the first time, Frank was able to calm himself down a little. “Boop”, there it was, but not as horrific as before. As it came and went, Frank started to get a little used to it until finally, he found it hilarious. He couldn't help but to laugh a little, and then his laughs grew in to down right hysterics.

A floating face, right in front of his eyes. Sometimes it seemed like it was smiling, then it maybe had a surprised expression, much like Frank’s must have been.

“Boop”, it appeared again. Frank wondered if it was real, he reached out trying to touch it but it was just out of reach. He thought it chuckled a little at him and then just like that, it was gone. Right before it appeared again, Frank heard that mysterious “Boop” sound. What was that? It was almost as funny as the face itself. Frank laughed uncontrolably, swinging his arms out to try and touch it again. He couldn’t reach it. If only he could touch it then maybe he would know if it was real or just a fantasy. Sometime Frank would see things and not quite know if they were real or not. But he had never seen anything as amazing and detailed as this face.

After a few more cycles of it appearing and disappearing, Frank started to think that he knew this face. It was vaguely familiar, who or what could it be? Frank tried to search his memories and come up with a name that matched it, but had he really ever seen it before?

Yes, he had definitely seen it before, but the name escaped him. “Boop”, he started laughing again. Frank wasn’t sure if it was the floating face or the sound that preceded it which was more funny. Either way, it caused Frank to lose control in a deep belly laugh.

Suddenly, Frank knew whose face it was! It just came to him in a flash, he knew the name but couldn’t bring himself to say it. It had disappeared for the moment. Frank tried to form the words that were on the tip of his tongue. Why couldn’t he say it?

“Boop”, it was in front of him again. Frank dug deep down and with all his might yelled out the name, “Da Da!” YES! That was it! This is the person that every one calls Da Da!

Suddenly, the face had a look of surprise and turned away so Frank only saw the back of the head. It was yelling something. Something in a strange language that seemed a little familiar but he couldn’t quite understand it.

“He said dada!” the face yelled out, “I was covering my face with my hands and saying ‘boop’, and he just said DADA!"

In an instant, there were two faces in front of him and they both seemed to be extremely happy. The new face was very familiar to him. It always made him feel happy and secure. It said, “Did you say dada? Did little Frankie say dada?”

Frank saw an arm extend towards him and he felt something at his side, it tickled and he went off on another uncontrolable laughing fit.

“Da Da!” he yelled.
