The Beginning of the end

The United states survived many dark days in its time. Turning from a Confederacy to a Constitutional Republic with a federal base. during the revolutionary war. The Republic was tested again during the Civil war between the North and South.

in the 20th century The entire world was brought into the two great wars. Then the American life was tested as the Soviet union and the United States toppled governments to up one each other.

in the 21st century started as any other people going on with their day. Wars are small and contained. Until September 11th 2001, a horrific event unfolded. 4 planes attacked the United States. Their goal was to shock Americans into submission, but the enemy didn't expect that the people would unite and destroy anyone that seemed a threat.

Its 2022 and America went through a epidemic of government overreach. they now have a decisive president that blames people for problems that he won't solve. He's calling arms against Americans because they voted "wrong".

The New America

Texas and California Grew in size by swallowing their neighbors in the first 3 years. The Republic of Texas (R.T) and The United Soviet States of California (U.S.S.C) rivaled each other in the efforts fighting over Colorado and New Mexico still rages with no end sight.

Congress of The Louisiana Federation passed laws forbidding immigration to the two powers into (L.F) borders . "We feel the need to defend our citizens during these trying times" Congressmen Frederick said. he also stated that the Federation focus is infrastructure and Trade with Canada and New England. since the separation of the United States of America the global stock market fell. prices of oil and other goods skyrocketed. Europe and Asian Nations scrambled for power in the new Vacuum In North America. Canada and Mexico Conquered some land for themselves. Canada took Alaska. Mexico puppet-ed Hawaii.

Communist China and the United Soviet States of California made an trade pact called. "Pacific Trade Pact (P.T.P). Russia and Canada went to war over Alaska and its oil reserves. Mexico and Florida were found to start a cold war over Cuba. Each nation sending aid and other equipment. Florida's president stated that their forces will be able to defend from northern invasions as any other war efforts.

New England's president wasn't able to comment on his nations progress since the spit of the century. Neighboring Nations are seeing this as unsettling statement. From border towns people state that New England might be setting themselves up for all out war. a New England General said "they are just preparing for the worse, nothing more."

These are just small pockets of information from the Great Split after math. From what I gathered. these Nations are at war or are preparing for one. I want to dig deeper to see what is causing brother to fight brother. The USA was once a promised place now its dead and these nations are whats left in its greatness. they are nothing more then Europe of the New World. Next week i will focus on the R.T, U.S.S.C war from front lines to home fronts. how their lives have changed, and how the soldiers are dealing with the stress they are under.

I can't begin to fathom what they are going through right now. having to face some you use to share a nation with. Dealing with pocket rebellions in the conquered lands. The Information I gathered about the conflict was that it didn't start out as the two nations sharing blows they both invaded the two small states, When the two powers meet they just kept on fighting to a stalemate. The two sides are trying to cease the fighting so they can focus on their own people not each other.
