Chapter 1: Remember...

Eden: "This is not how I wanted things to end but what's done is done, the crystal that was once in fog is now in crown form and resting upon my head" At least that's what happened in my dream...I don't...understand why these intense dreams - no more like nightmares I'd say keep happening I feel like i'm supposed to be remembering something important or maybe someone is trying to tell me somethi-

Misty: EDEN HELLO EDEN EDEN EARTH TO EDEN!

Eden: oh yes...sorry I was just thinking about a dream I had last night.

Misty: ouu what was it about? A BOY!

Eden: Mmm no.... Also I don't feel like sharing right now it's kinda weird. Speaking of boy where is Damon? Didn't he say he was going to come out with us today.

Misty: should I call him to see where he is at?

Eden: No it's okay I think he'll be here soon, just give him some time...

5 Min Later

Misty: he's still not here? Did he die or something?

Eden: haha you wish but really I'm starting to get concerned go call him-

*ALARM CLOCK GOES OFF* *BEEP* *BEEP* *BEEP*

Eden: Woah I thought I was awake already? These dreams ARE SERIOUSLY getting out of hand! I'm starting not to be able to understand whats real and whats fake.

Eden: OMG I'm fucking late on the first day are you serious!! *ding ding ding* omg i have 17 missed calls from Misty shit *incoming call from misty*

Misty: Finally I thought you were dead or something you've gotta hurry up, Damon and I are waiting by your front door, be ready in 15 mins or we're leaving you

Eden: ahhhh ok

*Montage of Eden getting ready rushing making a mess in her room that she just recently cleaned :P*

Damon: well well guess who finally made it.

Misty: yup always fashionably late except today you're just late *mumbles* not even fashionably because you dress like some sorta of mythical creature...hehehehahaha

Eden: Huh what did you say? that honestly wasn't even funny so i don't get why you're laughing so much.

Damon: oh hey eden *in a soft voice*

Eden: *in her mind* "woah that was really weird not only did he say hey eden in a weird soft voice he also opened the door for me..., he's been acting sorta weird, suspicious and honestly kinda freaky lately, he's been way too nice.., it's not bad but it's definitely out of the ordinary"

Misty: Wait Eden are you doing anything after your classes today?

Eden: No, why?

Misty: Oh me and Damon have this project we have to do that requires some ummm well nature stuff so were going to the forest by your house, do you wanna come with us?

Eden: ummm idk...I sorta have some studying to do but whatever I 'll go, seems pretty exciting I mean we used to go there all the time when we were kids so i think it'll be nice to go back and see it again.

Misty: YAYYYY

Damon: Hey...have you been talking to anyone Eden?

Eden: uhhh no?

Damon: oh is it because you have a boyfriend?

Eden: What?! No what the heck are you saying? Why are you asking me so many questions... Damon are you okay? you've been acting so weird lately...

Damon: sorry nevermind

Eden: uhh okay weirdo

Damon: no it's just tha-

Misty: Heyyyy what are you guys talking about so quietly over there? Why are you excluding MOI from the fun!

Eden: Sorry...not sorry you literally said I dress like a mythical creature earlier today!!!

Damon: Sorry Misty...

Misty: ahaha you heard that oops my bad...It's better then saying you dress like a 2 yr old trying to pick out it's own outfit.

Eden: Uggh Misty you don't dress any better you know.

Misty: Idk what your talking about?

Damon: Guys please stop bickering.

Eden: Damon it's okay we're just having a friendly fight *said while keeping Misty in a choke hold*

Damon: I'm sure it's VERY friendly but Misty is turning a little red and I would rather not get sent to jail at only 18 yrs old.

Misty: *Misty struggling to form words* plea...please..l-le...let..g-g-g..go...I'm..sooooo....so-s-sorry.

Eden: Ok fine...I'm also sorry.

Damon: its time to get to class the bell is going to ring soon-

*SCHOOL BELL RINGS* *DRRRRRINGG*

Eden: *while walking to class* "Ah JHEEZ those two are such a hassle I love them though, I really wanna know why I'm having these dream maybe I'll talk to my mom later when I home I bet she'll know how to get rid of them"

*END OF SCHOOL*

Misty: HEYYY over heree.

Eden: Okay I'M COMING.

*WHILE ON THEIR WALKING TO THE FOREST*

Eden: hey guys...have you also been having weird dream lately?

Misty: Mmm nope.

Damon: nope not that I can think of...uhh are you okay eden?

Eden: oh YEAH I'm okay it's just that I've been having really distru-

Misty: *interrupts* OH HEY DAMON LET'S USE THAT BIG STICK OVER THERE.

Damon: oh okay and maybe those flowers too.

After Misty and Damon finished collecting some stuff for their project they decided to walk Eden home after Eden had gotten home she quickly showered and forgot to tell her mom about the dreams she had been having for a couple days now. After a few days of forgetting she brushed it off her shoulder and decided it was nothing to fuss over and that it would pass. Little did she know that was a big mistake and a big storm was quickly heading her way.

Chapter 2: Voices...

Mrs. Smith: Mhmm is that french toast I smell?

Eden: Yup!

Mr. Smith: Woah, I don't think I've ever seen you up this early and you're already dressed, wait let me guess you stayed up?

Eden: Yeah I haven't been able to sleep well these past few days so I just ended up staying up and decided to make breakfast since it's been a while since I've done that.

Mr. Smith: Guessed it! There is no way you would have woken up early.

Eden finishes up the french toasts she's making and places them on plates that she gives to her parents. As her parents sit by the table, she gets her bag and keys and goes walks to walk out the door.

Mrs. Smith: Wait where are you going, you're class doesn't start till 8 and it's only 6?

Eden: Oh yeah I have to finish up a project so I decided to go to the library to work with some of my other classmates.

Mrs. Smith: Oh okay well be safe!

Mr. Smith: See you later sweetie!

That was a lie, Eden was actually going back to the forest, ever since she went there with Misty and Damon she had felt some weird connection. She couldn't explain what it is but it felt familiar to her, she guessed it could just be because she used to go there all the time with Misty and Damon when they were younger but to her, it felt like it's more than that, like there's something else to it. Eden felt like there was a voice from the forest calling for her and that her dreams have gotten a lot more vivid ever since visiting the forest. She feels that by going to the forest again maybe she can find a way to stop her dreams or at least find out more about them and why they're happening.

Eden: Ah I am finally here, oh yeah I should probably text Misty to pick me up here instead of my house.

After aimlessly walking around for some time Eden began to hear a voice. to specific a woman's voice, the voice kept saying a very familiar name "Ariadne" but Eden couldn't put her finger on what it meant.

Eden: Ahh this is so stupid, what am I even doing. I don't know what I expected to find when I got here, I should probably go back and tell misty to pick me up early.

???: Ariadne~ Ariadne~

Eden: What the heck is that, that's actually scary this is my queue to go.

???: Ariadne~ come back~ help us~

Eden: umm hello- *she trips over a rock and hits her head*

Eden: Woah what the heck yikes that's embarrassing, wait where am I?

Eden looks around and sees two people who looked like royals, they also seemed to look injured running away from something or someone that she couldn't see. She notices they were holding a basket, she watches as they give the basket to a male and female. soon after she watched as they got killed. Tears start to fall down Eden's face as she is in shock she doesn't know what to think she doesn't even know who these people are or what was in that basket. Eden made the decision to follow the couple who looked to have very pointy ears...not human-like at all. As she followed them out the forest and to what seemed to look like her adopted parents doorstep she realized that what was in the basket was her and those people who got killed were her parents. Eden bursts into tears falling to her knees as she cries she cannot contain her anger towards those who killed her parents. Then she woke up.

Misty: Eden what happened? Why are you just laying here?

Damon: Yeah is everything okay? Not only are you passed out on the ground you were crying too.

Eden: I am honestly not sure what happened right before I passed out I heard this soft singing voice, it was saying "Ariadne" or something like that. Then I had another one of my dreams except this one was the most vivid it has ever been.

Misty: Wait is that blood on your head?

Eden: Huh? blood on my what *as Eden goes to touch her head she passes out again*

Hours later

As Eden opens her eyes she looks around and notices that she is in her bedroom. She still can't seem to stop thinking about what happened in the forest. Again she chooses to not think about it and brush it off thinking it was just another bad dream. Her mom then walks into her room with a concerned face.

Eden: What happened? What time is it now?

Mrs. Smith: Misty and Damon brought you here, they said you had hit your head and passed out. It's now 8 at night. Eden? What were you doing there all alone? why did you lie about where you were going? You know we are really worried about you!

Eden ignores her mom and changes the subject

Eden: What?! I have been passed out for that long? What about my classes?

Mrs. Smith: Don't worry too much about that, focus on resting first.

As Eden continues to ignore her dreams that have been getting stronger and more vivid the storm starts to approach quickly without hesitation and with a set plan. Eden's parents are now getting very worried about her health and may decide to tell her the truth about how she got here.

Chapter 3: Crystal Wood...

Later on in the evening, as Eden is half asleep she notices something outside her window. At first she thinks it just nothing and ignores it, however she began to hear the woman's voice again calling out that name she previously heard.

???: Ariadne~ Ariadne~ Come to the forest~

Once again she decides to ignore the voice, as it's not even calling out a name that seems familiar at all but the voice began to get louder and unbearable. It had gotten to the point where she couldn't concentrate on anything else, like it was some trance. Annoyed yet curious she decides to follow it into the forest.

As she walks through the forest following the mysterious voice she notices a big tree all lit up at the end of the path. She realizes the voice was leading her to that tree. When she reaches it the voice stops and the tree began to move, confused she looks around and notices a figure behind the tree but just before she could get a better look the ground below her collapses and she falls through.

Eden: *thump* Ow what the heck just happened? Did I fall again?

While Eden is sitting on the floor in pain a young woman approaches her.

???: Oh omg are you okay? Wait you don't seem to be from here.

Eden: Yeah! your right! What is this place?

???: Oh this place, it's called Crystal Wood and is a place where fairies, elfs and other things alike live in peace. Well at least in till lord scab claimed the throne.

Eden: Wait so you guys are like...not human? *in her mind* She is obviously crazy if she thinks i'm going to believe that. I must be having one of my weird dreams again.

Eden: Umm hey so what's your name?

Azura: Oh yeah I completely forgot to introduce myself. My name is Azura and i'm your cousin!

Eden: Huh? Pardon? Can you repeat that.

As Eden wakes up on the forest ground from what she thinks is just another vivid dream. Azura carries knocks her out with some fairy dust and carries her home.

*ALARM GOES OFF* *BEEP* *BEEP* *BEEP*

Eden: YYYAAWWNN AHHH I knew it just a dream no way fairy people exist. That's just in fairy tales, In stories, That's just fiction.

Eden: I better get ready for school because I can NOT afford to miss more classes.

Mrs. Smith: Eden come down here! Right now! ASAP!

Eden: Umm okay mom.

Mrs. Smith: So.. Where were you last night? HUH?

Eden: What do you meean?! I was in my room sleeping the whole night.

Mrs. Smith: Really now? Then how did the cameras catch you leaving the house? Don't lie to me Eden.

Eden: What the?! We have cameras? Since when?!

Mrs. Smith: You literally were the one who installed them with your dad last year after the incident. You remember?

Eden: OKAY FINE I LIED. i ended up going to the forest again. Ive been having weird dreams and have been hearing voices. So yesterday i decided to follow the voice to the forest. Nothing happened though i just ended up passing out and waking up from a bad dream with a terrible headache.

Mrs. Smith: Eden it is NOT okay to leave the house without asking or telling us where you are going. You could have gotten seriously hurt and your father and I would have never known.

Eden: Yes mom...I understand I won't do it again.

Eden was lying...again, she ended up going to the forest that night regardless of her parents worries. This time there was no voice calling for her but Azura was there to greet her and let her into the fairy realm. Now Eden knows for sure that this is not a dream. Its reality.

Eden: So uhh Azura are you really my cousin? How? Why didn't your family take me in when my parents died?

Azura: Well yes we are cousins through our moms. Also from what I know that's not what your parents wanted. I think they wanted you to be safe in the human world...*mumbles* as if they thought no one would find you*

Eden: Oh well I guess that makes sense...were my parents like you?

Azura: What do you mean? Fairies? If so then yea of course!

Eden: You're older than me right? Does that mean you knew my parents before they died? What were they like?

Azura: Ahhh I can't really remember our families were never really close if I'm being honest *slides hair behind ear*

Eden: Ohh...

After that Azura made something for the both of them to eat and helped patch up Edens injuries after her fall. Once they were done eating and resting Azura decided to show Eden around Crystal Wood and all the damage that Lord Scab has done, to get her more familiarized with the area. Eden enjoyed it as she was happy that she had been finally able to reconnect with someone from her biological family.

Chapter 4: Family History...

Continuation from the previous chapter

Eden: That was actually a really nice walk thank you for the tour as well, well too bad since the places looks so torn down. Which I am assuming is due to... Jheez what was his name again? Lord Scab?

Azura: Yeah you guessed it, and thing is Crystal Wood used to be so beautiful and enchanting but after he took the throne it's been madness and chaos. Only those who support him benefit from all this and all the people who live in small towns and villages gets all the worst.

Eden: That's so messed up...

She thinks to herself, "this is partly my families fault.. Actually this wouldn't have happened if my parents didn't die. But I guess I wouldn't have been able to meet the people I knew now but it just sucks to know that people are suffering because of it."

Azura: Hey what's the glum face for? Is everything okay?

Eden: Yeah.. I just kinda wish I knew more about my family and why my parents had to die and who killed them.

Azura: Well I won't be able to really explain what happened to your parents because I too don't even really know what happened but I can show you pictures of them and how life at Crystal Wood was like before everything changed!

Eden: Ouu okay that sounds good!

Azura: I will warn you it'll be a bit dirty and kinda dangerous.

Eden: Huh? What does that mean?

Azura shows Eden a hidden door in the closest behind the clothes that opens up to a catacomb leading right into the basement of the royal palace.

Eden: Oh this is what you meant its so dark and icky here *eek eek eek* uhm what the hell is that noise? *she turns around* WHAT THE FUDGE IS THAT?!

Azura: I don't know .. I mean uh its a life size uh caterpillar cockroach hybrid, don't worry it's harmless. Well as long as you don't agitate it...

Eden: Uhmm okay then whatever I'll just ignore it.

Azura: Ahhh here we are this is the only stuff we have left of Queen Gaia and Kind Brontes. I know its not really much but everything else got burned after Lord Scab took the throne.

Eden: Ew Lord Scab is such a meanie, he is so messed up in the head he probably dropped as a kid at least 10 times. Ahhh I'm just kidding, he doesn't have some sort of guard or voice recording here right?

Azura: mmhm I agree *mumbles* he's a real pain in the as-. OH HERE look at this picture of the King and Queen with their newborn baby.

Eden: Omg I don't think I have ever seen my parents asides from this one dream I've had of them :(

Azura: Oh...that's really sad. It still surprises me that your the King and Queen's daughter when you don't even have the same name? The name of the kid was Ariadne and your name is Eden? That doesn't make any sense.

Eden: Wait what? I am so confused did I have some mystery twin or something.

Azura: Haha no the King and Queen decided to have kids a little late into marriage because they wanted to focus on crystal wood at least that's what I've heard so Ariadne is their only kid.

Eden: Wait so I am actually not their daughter? *in her head* so who were those people that gave me away in a basket?. Hey umm Azura is it possible that the King and Queen gave baby Ariadne to someone and they brought the baby to the human world before they died.

Azura: I guess so, that makes sense. Which explains why no one can find her right now. I know that Lord Scab sent some of his more trusted soldiers to look for her here in Crystal Wood to make sure that she is not able to take the throne from underneath him but they couldn't find her.

Eden: So if i'm possibly their daughter that makes me the rightful heir to the throne! But wait how come I don't look like a fairy weren't my parents full fairies.

Azura: HA yea they were, lucky! you have two full fairy parents.

Eden: What's that supposed to mean! *in her head* why'd she get so mad all of a sudden* Wait Azura why aren't you the next heir your older than me?

Azura: Funny you ask my mom is actually only half fairy and my dad who I don't even KNOW isn't a fairy either. If our grandma and my mother didn't screw around my mom would have been the queen and I would have been the next heir. Our grandma was embarrassed by my mom and didn't want a half breed as the queen so she went on to have another kid who would be full fairy to take the crown.

Eden: I'm assuming that person was my mother?

Azura: Yeahh... sorry I get really frustrated on this topic, like how could a mother do that to their own child?

Eden: Yea I could see why you would be upset..*notices time* OMG I should start to get home its so late!

Azura: Okay come with me so I can bring you back to the human world...thanks for letting me rant a bit.

Eden: No problem.

Azura safely brought back Eden to her bedroom, where it was perfectly night time. Eden says thank you to Azura for everything shes done for her during the time she spent in Crystal Wood learning about her family and its history. However, little does she know that someone is closely watching her every move, waiting for the right moment...

Chapter 5: A Small World...

As you know Eden had ranked up a skill for lying to her parents but did you know she's also a thief! Yeah! in that last chapter while Azura was showing Eden pictures of the King and Queen (her parents) Eden decided that it would be a good idea to steal on of the photos because she didn't have any pictures of her parents. The photo she took had her parents and two other familiar faces I wonder who they can be...

Eden: These people in this photo look awfully familiar. I wonder if this couple is the same elf things that brought me here?

*DING* *DING* *Iphone rings*

Eden: Hello?

Misty: Heyy me and Damon were wondering if you wanted to go see a movie with us since its' been awhile since we've hung out.

Eden: Sure why not I've had a lot on my mind lately and it would be great to not think about it for a while...also you and Damon seem to hangout quite a bit...are you guys dating?

Misty: HAHAHA DAMON! Your absolutely insane, you know the best that Damon is definitely not my type.

Eden: haha okok I'll see you later.

While Eden was getting ready to go out with her friends she decided to take the photo she stole with her.

Eden: Heyy guys long time no see.

Damon: hey eden...how have you been.

Misty: Hiii yea how have you been we haven't seen you since you hit your head on that stupid rock.

Eden: Mmm I've been somewhat okay a lot of weird things have been happening to be lately.

Damon: Like what?

Eden: Nothing super important that I can't tell you later for now I just wanna hang out with you guys.

Misty: Mmmh okay make sure you don't forget.

Damon: Guys what movie do wanna watch.

Misty: OMG there is this movie i heard about called the "Croc Attack"

Eden: UHHH what's it about.

Misty: it's about these crocs that go loose and start eating peoples feet and then crawl up their butts.

Damon: That sounds childish...

Eden: I'm confused are we talking about actual crocodiles or like the shoe crocs?

Misty: The shoes duhh, why would I talk about actual crocodiles, you know I have "Herpetophobia".

Damon: What does that even mean? I bet you made it up.

Misty: You guys... I am hurt, that means a phobia for reptile and I specifically am teriffied of crocodiles. I thought you guys would know that, wow..

Eden: We were just kiddingggg!! Of course we know, we're just playing with you! Learn how to take a joke misty #girlbossgaslightgatekeep.

Damon: Ummm anyways we can watch it I guess, so let's gooo!

After getting their tickets, food, and drinks the three finally settled down at the very back of the theatre. As Misty sits down next to Eden Damon shoves her out of the way, he whispers "hey lil mama let me sit right next to Eden please with a cherry on top:D"

Misty: Uhmm rude! You didn't need to shove me though, but don't worry I got you ;)

Eden: Guys what is going on? Where are you going Misty?

Misty: Up your butthole just like the crocs in the movie!! Since you want to forget I have a phobia *eye roll*

Eden: Whats up with her?

Damon: No clue so anyways are you sure you're okay? You been kinda out of it lately.

Eden: I'm telling you Damon that I'm okay its nothing serious so I can just tell you later, for now let's just the movie.

Damon: Okie if you say so! :D

After an hour an a half the movie finishes...

Misty: Woah guys that was really scary! How did you guys like it?

Misty looks over and sees Damon attempting to flirt.

Misty: Yikes... the crocs did a better job than that, so embarrassing in public too.

Eden: okay are you guys ready to go now?

Damon: Yeah.

Misty: sure.. Hmph you didn't even answer my question...

Eden: OH I'm so sorry! What was it again?

Misty: *in a mockingly childish tone* it's okay i'll just tell you later.

Eden: okay if you say so.

As Eden gets up and walks out of Cinema 2 with Damon the photo she had taken with her falls out her bag. Since Misty was behind them pouting she notices the photo and picks it up. As she was about to give it to Eden she glances at the picture and notices that her parents were in it.

Misty: Wait that's a picture of my parents, I literally have that same picture at home! Where did you get that?

Eden: Huh? Wait this is your parents in the picture?

Meanwhile back in Crystal Wood...

Azura: UGGHH I HATE THAT LITTLE WITCH! You have no idea how hard it was to be nice to her.

Lord Scab: It's part of our plan to keep an eye out on her to make sure she doesn't come back here! So you have to put up with her.

Azura: Whatever I better be Queen if I'm helping you do all of this.

Lord Scab: Don't worry about that it's all apart of my amazing plan because I'm amazing.

Prince Eos: Well there is an easier way *smirk* you can just marry me and you'll be queen for sure *smirk*

Azura: As if I'll marry someone like you.

Prince Eos: Haha don't worry you'll fall for my charms soon enough.

Azura: Yea yea dream on Eos.

Lord Scab: LEAVE NOW! this is a private meeting.

Prince Eos: Okay bye father and bye to you too pretty lady soon to be my wife.

Back to the human realm...

Misty: Yeah those are my parents. Who are those other people? They look fancy.

Eden: Okay this earlier than expected but I need to tell you guys something...

Forced to tell her little secret she hesitantly explains everything to her friends but as you know she is being played by Azura and who is Prince Eos? Will Eden ask her parents about the picture too? Is this storm actually a person rather than something? Was this all planned?
