Woof, woof! I really like my new home. My new owner seems sad. I think it's something to do with someone called Helen. I don't know much about humans, but he seems to be very overcome with sadness, grief and a lot of darkness. I will be the light of his life. I need to do something to help him, that's for sure.

His home is very clean, so I need to be a good girl and not mess up his pristine place. He makes sure I'm well fed and looked after. I love it when we go for drives in the car. I wish he would smile sometimes. I think he wants to...I mean, look at me...I'm cute as...anyway. Looks like it's bedtime again. Snuggles time!

What was that noise? Woof woof, owner, John, wake up! I think there might be someone in the house. Definitely Russians...is that racist to assume? No, they sound Russian to me...smell Russian to me...must be Russian.

Quick...it might be those strange men from the gas station who wanted to buy your car. I think they want to talk prices.

Wait...why are they being rough? Wait...what are they doing to me?

Put me down! Don't you know who you are messing with? I'm John's dog! John's a really nice guy who has issues, but he's kind. Leave him alone...wait...don't shoot me.

Woof, squeal. John avenge my death...

Thank you for reading!

Author's Notes: Yeah...if you've seen John Wick...you will know what this is all about.

Oh, shit! And I thought my Unbroken entry was sad! This one really hit me, as our dogs just alerted us and stopped a break-in recently. All that aside, great job, my friend!

  • Poor doggy! Great work! Liked John Wick, hated that scene
