Avalon Myst
CHAPTER 1 A pair of big brown eyes framed in strong cheekbones stared into the red, beat up Voltswagen rearview mirror. Aurora looked at her mother's reflection and that of her own in disdain. It was just the two of them ever since she could remember. Her mother held her gaze, silently pleading for the slightest bit of understanding. Aurora didn't get why they had to move; giving up everything they had worked so hard to obtain, just to start over in an unfamiliar and uncomfortable place.

She settled in beside him, his body heat seeping through her clothes and staving off the cold. He had always been like a walking heater.it was a wonderful perk of spending time with him, never needed a blanket though she’d burrow beneath one anyway. They never spent much time cuddling because of it. He was tapping away at his Xbox controller, trying to unconscious a dinosaur so that he could then collect it. Sarah would then gleefully listen to him explain what it was, what it did, and all the stuff he could get with it. It was a typical night for them. She was content but pretty sure he was bored. He’d get fully consumed by his game eventually and completely forget she was there. The little icon that indicated someone in his tribe was active appeared in the top of corner of the screen. Sarah mood shifted as he put his headset on basically blocking her out. She threw her legs over his and got comfy. He wouldn't shew her away, but their night was basically over. She would get him back later before he went to bed if someone else didn't require his attention.

Songs of Starlight
Nobody can hear a scream in the vacuum of space, or so they say. You can try it, but the sound dies out seconds after its release... you along with it, IF of course you're the sort of being to actually need a steady helping of air, and don't have a helmet to pump you full of its sweet satisfying nutrients. Once everything is gone, this inky emptiness seeps into your insides and suffocates all semblance of life, instead.

Altaleita
Nobody can hear a scream in the vacuum of space, or so they say. I press my forehead against the glass and stare out into the vast emptiness of space. It’s been maybe ten minutes since we’ve left Earth’s surface and I already want to go back. My dad got promoted to their dream job and now the whole family has to pick up and leave everything behind. My home, my school, my friends, …my boyfriend.

Second Soul
Nobody can hear a scream in the vacuum of space, or so they say. Nor can they see the dance of a slow death as your body convulses and chameleons into the most perfect shade of blue. No one tells you how your body swells and doubles its size, your blood boiling and evaporating through your pores. They never said that you will have 14 seconds before you pass out, that you will feel your saliva start to sizzle on your tongue. Don't hold your breath, your lungs may just rupture.

Red-Blooded
Embri spit at the foot of the person in front of him, flashing his most challenging smile despite the brutal taste of metallic left on his tongue. The chains that pulled his arms back and strained his shoulders were harsh against his wrists. Had he not been forced to his knees with the blunt ends of the guards’ swords, there would have been no way in hell he’d look up to the Asterian in front of him.

In My Solitude
Nobody can hear a scream in the vacuum of space, or so they say. They also say if you open your helmet when there is no atmosphere your eyes will pop out of your head and explode. Others tell me it would be like boiling from the inside out. According to the posters plastered on the edge of The Mew, we would be aware for a few seconds before you basically suffocate- the air in your lungs would be forced out of your body and you'd be gaping for air like a fish before perishing due to oxygen deprivation.

1. Chapter 1 Introduction to God Realm! Tang San's family Chapter 1 Introduction to the God Realm! Tang San's family The soft halo is like a mother's hand, gently touching the delicate skin of the cloud and mist, and the illusory space has an exceptionally moving sense of substance. In the vagueness, not far away, there seems to be a towering palace, illusory and real under the touch of this soft halo.

Journey wasn’t sure how long she and her mother had been driving. She watched the sky turn from blue to black, the fields of crops flanking the road had been traded for thick trees that blocked any view within their depths. Journey shifted in the backseat that seemed to swallow her whole. The seat belt of the old car was digging into her neck. She was tired and hungry, the long drive was hard for anyone, especially a four year old who had abruptly been forced out of her home. “Mummy?” she moaned anxiously, “Are we there yet? I’m tired and hungry.”
