The Trenchcoat Man
Claire hadn’t felt comfortable sleeping in her apartment on Sunday night. Between the weird vibes from Pastor Sullivan to seeing, once again, the man in the trenchcoat, she just wasn’t sure if she could handle being alone. Not to mention that she still had no idea where she was, this was not her world, and it was just as screwed up as the one she came from. But Eric was still alive here, and that was something she could hold on to.

It defined cozy with its antique decorations.

Lake of Souls Chapter 7
Previous Chapter As I was pulled under the water I was able to see what had grabbed me. A blue scaled creature that looked like a massively enlarged frog. Before I could even attempt to muster a defense it let go of my leg to shove a glowing sac in my mouth and then cover my mouth and nose. I swallowed the sac out of some reflex. As soon as I did the creature removed its hands, "Now breathe as I do." I took a deep breath, finding that I could now breath under water and move easier.

What awaits us
His spine was rearranging, he woke to one cracking and shifting. Pain shot through his body, staggering while getting up he felt his skin starting to close. He was in a strange room, hexes everywhere, candles melted but still hot. In a mix of pain and confusion, he slipped on a piece of paper, crashing into a wardrobe. The floor was already uneven, it tipped over falling onto the floor, falling through the floor.
