Mystery
Memphis
Lorali paced her living room, waiting for them to arrive. She and her husband had received a call early in the morning, but they had yet to give her much information. She hoped to get more once the social worker arrived. She hurriedly scrubbed out the coffee pot, more for something to do than for coffee so late. Her door bed rang as she was poised to pour in the coffee grounds. Pouring the grounds in quickly, she napped the lid shut and flipped the switch to start it brewing. Wiping her hands on the sides of her jeans, she moved toward the door and opened it.

A Day Off School. Content Warning.
He left his bike leaning on the rusty sign as the ocean boomed below him. The sea mirrored his inner emotions: angry, salty, erosive, powerful. Coming here was a solace. Something about the inevitability of the motion, the relentless, enduring push and pull grounded him and helped him to grasp life again and sort it into its relevant parts.

Life has a strange way of bringing true mysteries to a chosen few- his life had mingled into a world that was supposed to be hidden from Mankind, a world called Heaven. The Death Ghost on the Ceramic Tiles
I don't know where we should decorate our newly bought house in the shopping mall. There is a small shop in the market. I walked in and saw a tile with an ancient woman printed on it. She was wearing a red dress and combing her hair by the river. I was immediately attracted to it and decided to buy it. I picked up the tile, and the shop owner showed a look of panic, but quickly returned to a normal expression. I went to the counter and asked the female shop assistant how much it cost. "Is it the same price as the other tiles next to it? 30 yuan, right?" He wrapped the tile for me and as I walked out of the store, I glanced at the strange look the shop owner gave me.
