If Walls Could Talk
If walls could talk, my voice would be distinctive. So, to speak, I was born in the early 1900s. I was the answer to a wealthy family's desire to enclose their land in the south of France. Every brick and stone that went into my construction was laid with love and attention. I was initially just a plain wall, but as time passed, I was altered to fit the family and the era.

These Walls Talk, but will you Listen
“If these walls could talk” is usually a phrase associated with tawdry thoughts, normally associated with hotel rooms (fancy and by the hour alyke) or places with great historical significance. The Berlin Wall, what remains of it anyway, for example, has a ton to say, and by the way, won’t shut up about it. Surprisingly, walls in psychiatrists’ offices have probably the least interesting things to talk about. For every person who believes he was a horse or some shit in their past life, there are thousands upon thousands of self-indulging twats complaining about not being hugged enough or seen, whatever that means.

PLACE OF MANY DREAMS
If walls could talk, they could also teach. Our ancient wall of stone, built many centuries ago, offers shelter for nomads dwelling nearby. Throughout the ages our wall protected them from the cold, north winds and the snows of winter. We watched over them, as their guardians.

I am called the Wall Of Dreams, serving as a teacher and a guardian. I am made of many stones together, special in their nature. We, the wall are steeped, in knowledge and wisdom, engaging in conversation among ourselves, and with humans telepathically. If you read Part One, “Ancient Future,” then you’ll know our true nature.

Echoes from the Mansion
If walls could talk, I'd have stories to tell that would leave you breathless. But then again, where would I even begin? I suppose I should start by telling you about myself. I am the wall of an old mansion, built in the early 1800s. I have seen the rise and fall of this city and watched as it transformed from a bustling port town to a modern metropolis. But through it all, I have remained, steadfast and true.
