Engulfed in Flames
“Well, it seems as if things have gotten a bit out of hand then, haven’t they?” Ascelin treaded through a city that was once born of stone, and was now created of fire. Ghosts of what the city once was clouded her vision; flashes of her child-like self grinning as she was handed gelato quickly broken by the reverberation of the ice cream shop’s foundation falling to the floor. She saw herself with her best friend, Kaen, dancing through the park that was now reduced to rubble in the city square. She stood silently in the middle of the street, a node in the chaotic branches of calamity upon the city. A tingle of heat worked its way up her spine, and she smiled. The scent of burning wood filled her lungs as she inhaled deeply, raising her arms as she embraced the flames that were slowly growing in size. Screams filled her ears, and yet her mind was silent. When was the last time that ever happened? Despite the peacefulness of the moment, in the eye of the storm, she knew that she still had one more stop she needed to complete.

The Power of Painting in Year 3,000 - Intro
It's the year 3000 and sheesh, did THAT escalate. Back before time travelling was part of the equation; the human race dealt with racial equality issues, global controversy, Jeff Besos and Elon Musk competing for world domination, white supremacy (but I guess that falls under racial equality issues) and people murdering each other for money. Nowadays if you’re human, you’re lucky to be alive and you fall under one category: the human race. The thing is, I was born in the age where humans caused problems for each other and through time travel along with a fated meeting I am now in year 3000 with a mission to save the human race. Before I get into the details of that I need to explain the current disposition of the world.

Morality and Mortality
"Tell my tale to those who ask. Tell it truly, the ill deeds along with the good, and let me be judged accordingly. The rest... is silence." These were the last words from the Maximal hero, Dinobot. These words were spoken in The Beast Wars episode, Code of Hero. One of the, if not the most memorable of all the episodes in this beloved Transformers sequel series. For it dealt with a Maximal (originally Predacon) who had dealt with his inner demons about doing what the right thing. This quote also pertains to the hero of this story as well. Much like Dinobot in the Beast Wars series, our hero, Bolen, was originally aligned with a more heinous side.

The Rise of Belgra
Prologue The dusty streets of Belgra in the kingdom of Trelashe were at war, albeit a silent war spanning the ages. The Kingdom used to be fruitful and full of magic and life. This changed when a young man named “Vikram “rose to power and outlawed the use of magic in his kingdom. The ones that fought were killed and the ones that didn’t avoided capture and hid themselves away fearing death.

Thaw Creatures
Introduction Living Conditions It is the year 2097 and almost 73% of the Polar Ice Caps have melted since the completion of "The Vast Shift". In 2032 the Earth's axis completely switched polarities and melted the glaciers. Most of what is the northern part of North America is at the North pole and under what is remaining of ice. The sun moved closer to the Earth and humans are unable to live above ground. They can soak up the suns energy and grow food in the shade, but if a living being were to step into the direct sun, they would receive major fourth-degree burns.

In Name and Blood
Gardrin may be both Bonnaire and botanist, but she was never enamored by her own green thumb. It wasn’t that she lacked the magic for it, like many of her cousins; she was a natural at plant magic, as she should be. Gardrin was far from untalented, hideously far, and she knew it. However, she was practically only a Bonnaire in name and in the blood that ran with tree sap; plasma both metallic and sticky-sweet tasting as Henry- after an unfortunate and uncomfortable incident- informed her. That just marked her a botanist, though.

Again.
“I do not love him.” My brother looks at me, his features stern, but a glint of doubt is present within his eyes. Our attention to one another is as tight as the figurative rope that I am currently walking. The rats that crawl through the walls have told him nothing but lies, and yet, he still rather believe them over my own mouth…his own sister.
