"Castle, in The Grasp"
She has done it again, the same she does every day, as she approached the door, she thinks to herself, "I made it on time" in confirmation to fulfill her need to please. Everyday exactly at 6:30 am, 14-year-old Somarah makes it to her back door after going through a series of steps she has manufactured into a morning routine consisting of the usual personal hygiene tasks, but not limited to steps to prevent Somarah from experiencing an internal meltdown.

Outsider - Chapter 10
Ulf peered down at the map Melrakki had drawn on the coarse paper spread out across the low table. Garðarr, Ótama and Systa were seated around it with several of their respective captains behind them. Melrakki had both hands pressed against her stomach and a scowl on her face as the baby kicked and squirmed inside her belly. Ulf cradled her fingers in his and caressed Melrakki’s hand gently, but kept his eyes fixed on the map.

Bound By Destiny
Chapter 1 “Goddess help me,” I muttered as I ran after the satyr. For being a fat, little thing, that bastard was quick in his hooves. I pulled my hair back and sprinted after him, the clink-clank of metal from my small armory I had strapped to my body accompanying my soft footfalls on the pavement. I always liked to give the creatures I hunted a head start before I took their freedom away. Most of the creatures I chased were simply trying to dodge something trivial, but I did manage to always snag a few blacklist offenders that I had to study before I reeled them in.

Shinjū-心中
When Giriko asked me to jump with her, I didn’t bat an eye. I’d already thought of it myself. Seventy-five stories above Tokyo, the wind lashed at my exposed neck. The murmur of cars from the busy streets below couldn’t reach me through the whistling in my ears. The night lights sparkling off their microscopic windshields failed to reach the crushing darkness enveloping us above.

Journey to Jahennah: Chapter Five
If time had worked as it did in the human world, they might have been sat for hours. Lila and Kenji were eager to hear all about mythic, Tortaris and the mysterious other realm of Jahennah. At the same time, Orva was keen to learn as much as possible about how the world had changed since she had been trapped in Tortaris. They worked out that the mythic had been trapped for about two hundred years and it had been sixty-two years since Lila’s grandmother had come through the portal, meaning that Jessie Sparrow was eighteen years old when she had tried to help the mythic escape.

The Invite
There was a secret meeting tomorrow night and she absolutely had to be there. The invitation had been left on her dining room table the night before, a small calling card with a Raven printed on the front and an address on the back with small words written ‘Be there at 7 p.m.’ She had been waiting for this moment. Secretly hungering for the day that she would be accepted into the world that she had always felt to be on the fringe of. She was a small-time writer, a blogger who wrote on the lives of others, examining their lives to find justification for hers. She had a small following, but nothing that would get her listed in the Oprah Book Club or talking to Ellen in front of hundreds of adoring fans.

Gethsemane
This is a work of fiction and is, in no way, intended to serve as a coercion to the reader to question, or change, their religious beliefs. This story also does not reflect the religious beliefs of the author. It is a story built upon the many interpretations and possibilities inherent in the history of modern monotheistic religions and serves as another avenue of "What If?" The focus of this piece is for entertainment purposes only.

A Flight to Remember.
Heading to the airport, I am so tired. I had a long night; all work and no play leave an extremely dull girl. The line wasn’t that long, thank heavens, so I was able to get to the plane and rest. I think I was asleep before takeoff because I damn sure don’t remember it. I woke up, I think we were five hrs. in, and I was so horny. I had a blanket on top of me, so I grabbed my earbuds, plugged into my phone, plugged up my charger, and went to my favorite porn site.
