She was not here, on this day of all days, she was not here to see him jump. He had left the branch's safety, which he had been sitting on a split-second ago. He was now, mid-air, thinking about what a beautiful morning he had chosen. Golden sunlight flooded the forest and insects danced in the sun rays that reached through the treetops towards the dusty ground. A lukewarm breeze promised a hot summer day. Yet, there was something else in the air. An invisible tension had taken over the small clearing in the woods. The crowd that had gathered was abuzz.

Sarah, a representative from the airline at the departure gate, informed Dad that he had missed his flight. Despite seeing the plane waiting outside on the runway, he was informed that the gate was closed due to being 25 seconds late. Dad's 14-year-old daughter, Jessica, expressed her frustration about his delay while Dad inquired about the next available flight. He was informed that the rebooking fee would be £200 for each ticket, which he found outrageous. Sarah commented on the expensive rebooking fee and suggested that she hoped they had found a bargain at the Book Store. She then recognized a woman standing behind Dad as a television series actress and made a comment about it.

What a view, what a view, what a view! That is all I could think as the scenery passed slowly beneath me. A mesmerizing view every human being should encounter! The simple yet breathtaking scenery unfolding beneath my feet was nothing short of awe-inspiring. As I gazed out at the vast expanse of nature, I couldn't help but be overcome with a sense of pure wonder and amazement. The sun-kissed colors of fall were delicately speckled across the treetops, creating a stunning mosaic of crimson and gold that seemed to stretch out to the very horizon. And down below, nestled within the depths of the valleys, a thin veil of mist hovered like a gentle shroud, adding an ethereal quality to the already mystical landscape.
