Kiemba McCreigh stood in front of the digital board.

“We’ve used homeless and unhoused. These are words with just two syllables. They’re simple and direct. We have to come up with more syllables. We must complicate an even more complicated issue. Once we get the point where we have the opportunity to challenge the status quo, we will be able to see just how important it is to address the plight of those individuals who don’t have a place to live.”

The room looked tense.

“That’s why I’m introducing the residentially challenged idea into the lexicon. That should suffice.”
