Prologue

A man with a mask over his face with a suit and tie stands over the audience in awe as he jumps on top of a turning table.

"Welcome Welcome everyone to the 112 annual Di Maria family reunion I believe you all know why we're all here ,because I knew clan of vampires are trying to wipe us the noble families out so that they can be the ones to control the human societies and also for our noble blood". As the man talks within the crowd a man gets a message from a another man wearing a bird mask. He walks towards a young man

"They've made their move ".The man walks away towards the end of the crowd taking off his crimson mask. The mysterious man white hair with darkened blue eyes ties his long hair into a lower ponytail .He begins to open the hallway window and jumping out landing on his feet. He rushes towards the edge of the property to sense something about to strike. A man whose faster than he is comes towards him with a long blades as finger with a red aura around them eyes red as the darkest crimson.

"Azusa Matsua" the man calls out .The stranger smiles

" so you know me Vincente di Maria Cartevelous " he says

" Of course who can forget about you traitor " Vincente eyes begins to glow a light blue color. "I maybe ,but I'm not here to fight you I'm just here to get what I want and I would like you to help me " Azusa leans against a tree in the forest

"Them why did you attack me " Vincente grabs for his blade

"you humans still haven't learned after all the years and years of bloodshed my kind has caused you hunters i only did that to make it look like i was gonna kill you so the others won't bother us and speaking of which I'm here to make a deal with the renowned vampire killer I'll be in touch " Azusa says with a side smile .Vincente begins to hear screams coming from the house behind him he looks to see the place ablaze

"Lizzie" .He turns back to see Azusa has vanished

"did he save me ..huh what the hell am i thinking "he says to himself. He rushes back to the house and jumps back into the window with the flames and calls out

"Elizabeth" over the cries of the burning vampires. He runs in every room searching over the dead bodies.

"Vince over here my brother needs blood now" Elizabeth clinging to her brother with a stack through his heart.

"My dear sister you have to get out of here" The man cries in pain spitting out blood with every breath.

"Lizzie we have to get out of here now or were gonna be both die and anna

" He says with a smile. They both escape. They make it home and Lizzie is still in shock after watching her brother die in her arms. Meanwhile, back at the di Maria mansion a man with dark red hair is sucking the blood out of a young girl.

"Clear any more humans left or did you kill them all "Azusa says he jumps down on a burnt couch in the room. The man drops the dead girl and leans over Azusa

"Where the hell were you when I was burning this place down" The girl seems to be still alive trying to gather her strength crawling towards the door.

" Do you wanna finish her off or shall I?" Azusa says, lighting a cigarette.

"Please don't kill me" The girl says slowly getting off the floor. Azusa takes a whiff of his cigarette and looks over

"Akihiko stop playing with your food and kill her already" Azusa gets off the couch stepping on his cigar. He begins to walk away from Akihiko waving his left hand above his shoulders" Just don't drink all of her save some for Akatsuki .

"Hey where are you going now I can't clean up this mess by myself" Akihiko screams as she watches Azusa leaving the room holding the young girl by her throat he brings her closer to him and bites her in the center of her neck her screams echoing through the decade and burnt mansion. Azusa turns around and looks through the mansion and with every step walks past the dead and burnt vampires. He walks past one of the rooms with a sounds of coughing catching his attention .He opens the door to notice a man lying on the floor

"If you're gonna kill then just do it bastard" the man says blood dripping down his face.

"Hello to you Haru don't worry I'm not gonna kill you not just yet "Azusa sits next to haru he reaches over and pulls out the wooden plank that pierced his chest.

"How are you not dead yet?" Azusa tosses the plank to the floor.

"Why are you helping me?" Haru asks in confusion.

"If you die I can't use you as leverage to get Vincente to do what I want now can I" Azusa says reaching in his pocket he grabs a vial with fresh blood inside of it he opens it and places it inside of Haru's mouth forcing him to finish the entire vial.

"Not healed all the way but close enough so now tell me what got a vampire like you to stop drinking human blood" Haruto continues to cough trying to spit out the forced liquid.

"Not all vampires enjoy killing and hunting humans. Times have changed. We should coexist instead of killing them until there's no more for us to eat," Haru says, trying to regain his strength.

"You don't think I know that I have been around the same time as you jackass and do you really believe coexistence is possible after the last war" Azusa sighs he grabs a cigarette and lights another once more.

"Of course once you fall in love with one again" Azusa looks at Haru in shock

"As if that's gonna happen after 800 years I'm better off alone and besides us monsters are incapable of love lets Elizabeth know I let you live for now

"He says slowly handing Haru car keys and walking back towards the end of the doorway and closing the door behind him. Haruto manages to use his remaining strength to climb up a bar behind him. He stands on the edge and manages to jump down landing face down on the ground yearning in pain. He manages to get on his feet and speed off into the night. Azusa watches from above with a slight smile. Later that night a very young girl is sleeping in her bed she hears a noise coming from somewhere in the foyer at the bottom of the stairs. She gets out of bed opens the door slightly letting out a quiet creek she calls out" mom ,dad is that you" but no one answers she walks out to the hallway to suddenly hear a glass breaking against the floor in the darkened room below her she tiptoes to the end of the kitchen and kicks a piece of the broken glass the man with glowing red eyes and a mysterious liquid dripping down his face" Sorry anna did I wake you" Haru says to the surprised anna.

"Uncle Haru why are your eyes so glowy" Anna sees him turn around

"Anna Anna where are you darling "Elizabeth comes running down the stairs alongside Vince.

"Haru Haru" Elizabeth runs towards him in a straight panic. Vincent kneels down towards anna looking into her dark blue eyes moving her jet black hair over her ear

"Today is your 10th birthday. Go back upstairs and get a good night's rest. I'll be upstairs to take you in" he says, watching her climb up the stairs.

"How the hell did you escape?" Vincente says, opening the fridge for a beer.

"Azusa healed me and let me go he says he wanted to use me as leverage "he says slowly sitting down as Lizzy dresses his wounds.

"He can never know about Anna. They will kill her, we have to move now" Lizzy says pacing the kitchen floor.

"Calm down honey it's Anna's birthday today let's just continue letting her live as normal a life as possible okay" He holds her hand in comfort.

"Eventually you're gonna have to tell her about her bloodline. Keeping it from her might put her in risk of getting found the hard way or worse.
