“You are floating,” Gretchen sighed, glancing up from where she’d been crocheting on the couch. “And it looks like your eyes have turned into mantis shrimp eyes, so you’ve probably got several new photoreceptors.”
“Ah, jeez.”
“Did you buy your mushrooms from Dankerbell? You know she only deals in real magic, not hallucinogens. This is like the fourth time!”
“Not helpful.”
“Hang tight, I’ll contact the centaur for disease control… again.”
