“So…you’re not going to fulfill our demands?” Vivian asked, looking utterly bored.

Elon scrunched his brows.

“Did you not hear me?” he asked. “If you do not stop this idiotic nonsense, I will have no choice but to—”

“Eliminate me. Yeah, yeah, I heard you.” Vivian’s lip twitched into a half-grin. “You won’t do it, though.”

“Do not think that because we share blood—”

“Oh, I don’t hold any delusions about that. I mean you can’t do it.”

“Why is that?”

“I’m your spawn.” Vivian’s eyes glowed and crooked a finger toward Elon. “I have the same powers as you.”
