Jen Shah

I started watching RHOSLC in late 2020 and watched the first season. Jen Shah came off very interesting to me. She had a big house , over the top lavish outfits and she had so many assistants.Her lavish lifestyle seemed legit and it was very short lived. Yet , i did not know what business she had and how she got her money from. The other ladies were more open on how they got their income from and how they started their companies. Andy Cohen was still curious how Jen got her money from and she gave Andy a bizzare response on how she runs her marketing companies. She told people in an interview post show that she was ' the wizard of Oz '.

She was arrested last year end of March whilst filming the 2nd season of the show.A lot of articles were written about that and there was so many reality TV stars talking about it. Tamara Judge from RHOC was on a radio interview with Jeff Lewis. She said " You are an special type of idiot for going on reality TV when you are doing illegal acts. To any future houswife doing illegal stuff , Don't go on houswives " . However , she waited to see how the court case unfolded and see if Jen is guility.

Brooks Marks , a adult son of Meredith Marks he went on WHHL and he answered Andy's question. His response " The charges against her is very serious and I feel sorry for her kids" . When season 2 aired , the footage of Bravo showing the Homeland Security barging her home and they had to escort her 2 sons out of the home.They wanted to know where Jen was because they wanted to speak to Jen and arrest her. It was shocking to see , of course the situation had nothing to do with their sons but it was part of their job routine.

Jen Shah got a new number and she protested her innocence on the show. She used the race card when she was talking about her arrest. I did not think they arrested her because she was a people of colour. They arrested her because they had enough evidence to arrest her and raid her home.The house that was used to film the first season of the show was a fraud was rented by her and the family. It was not purchased. They left the home and they downsized.

Apparently the illegal business practices have started in 2012.I imagined how Jen would afford the money to get so many assistants to help her. Jen had a temper and she treated her castmates like minions in the first season. After the first season aired , there was a video of Jen treating her ex employee like 2nd class citizen. She was angry that he wasn'nt meeting up to her expectations and bullying him.Employees deserve to be treated with respect. This man was a well respect fashion designer. Jen did not take accountablity for the audio leak and she sent a cease & desist letter to people who leaked it online. When lisa brought up the issue up on Camera. Bravo cut his name out in the audio and Jen started defending herself. She did not take accountability of any wrongdoing. A lot of employers always do not take accountability of any wrongdoing.

Meredith studied law and she used to work as a lawyer. She was shocked about her arrest and she wanted to do nothing with Jen. But unfortnately , they are both paid to do the show and they have to film together.Jen pleaded not gulity. Her ex assistant stuart pleaded gulity but he is willing to testify and provide evidence against his former boss Jen in order to have a lighter sentence. She pleaded not guility last year but this year she pleaded not gulity.She has to pay back her victims. I feel angry that she targeted elderly people and retired elderly people.Vulnerable people in our society.

Jen did not provide good services and did not have a genuine business.They defrauded people out of their life savings by giving them false hope.Andy Cohen was angry that Jen lied to him so long because he started to really like Jen and wanted to believe her stories.She may spend a lot of time in prison and she may have to pay $9.5 million dollars to her victioms , apparently.She has to pay $6.5 million to the US government. That's a lot of money to pay off.

She was not happy with the documentary 'Housewife and the Shah shocker' . Because the documentary will limit her chances of a fair trial. But the documentary shows an insight of her personality and gives a chance to interview people who knew her before and after RHOSLC.

Time will tell in November if's she's going to jail. This crime is horrible lying to customers because they want to receive good service.
