“It's 10 O'clock, and you are sleeping like a street dog?” she shouted.

“Come on, it's a holiday,” I murmured.

“Wake up for breakfast. You always become lazy like a sloth when you are home on weekends. I'm tired of you,” she said while folding the blanket.

“What's for breakfast?” I asked while heading towards the bathroom.

“Prepare it by yourself,” she whispered to the air.

“What?” I asked.

“Just tell me what you want to eat, and I will prepare it for you,” she replied.

“I want to eat you, my lady,” I said with love, making a strange face.

“You are already eating my brain, what else do you want to eat now?” she replied sardonically.

“Heyyy, you were supposed to say I'm all yours,” I said, but she remained silent.

I moved towards her and held her waist in my hands. Her eyes were full of emotions like a river in the rainy days.

“It's been a week since you talked to me like this,” she said while her tears fell down.

“My new part-time job consumes all of my time. I try my best to come home as early as possible. I am doing all of this for us, to lead a happy life,” I replied.

“I don't need tons of money to be happy; instead, I need you,” she said while landing her head on my chest.

Silence spread in our room, as if it were an abandoned mansion.

She was crying while hugging me tightly.

“Ok ok, don't cry, please. If you have a problem, then I have a solution,” I said while lifting her head.

“I don't like my job either (I lied), so I have decided, in view of the current situation that…..”

“That what?” she asked in suspense.

“Thaaaatttttt”

“Just spit it out, you dumb,” she said.

“I will resign from my job and spend the rest of the time eating your brain which doesn't exist,” I said with a smile.

“Are you kidding me?” she said.

“No,” I replied.

“Areeeee youuuu kiddingggg meee?” she said excitedly.

“Noooo,” I replied again.

“Yahooooooooo!” She shouted and jumped towards me.

I held her while she tucked her feet towards my back.

Honestly, it was one of the most wholesome moments of our relationship.

She started laughing in an uncontrollable manner holding me tightly and then became quite.

"What would you like to eat, my dear?" she asked, playfully nuzzling her cheek against mine.

“I want to eat you, my lady,” again I replied, and we both laughed.

Then after spending 20 minutes in the room (and you know why), we went outside for breakfast.

I was thinking that sometimes it's just a matter of words to change her mood.

The only thing that a person in love wants is love.

It's so sweet to be in a relationship, isn't it?”
