In a chicken farm, there were many chickens living together, eating, drinking, and sleeping peacefully and happily every day. Among them, there was a hen named Mina. Mina was the most timid chicken in the farm. You could often hear her fearful "cluck" sounds.

One day, a mouse appeared in the chicken farm, and Mina was scared and started clucking loudly. She jumped onto a stack of hay in the farm, which was no ordinary stack of hay. It served as a stage during the annual Chicken Crow Contest, where the loudest crowing rooster with the most majestic appearance would stand on top.

"Just a little mouse, and she's scared like that!" said a black hen.

Mina jumped onto the hay, which made everyone angry. "Is that a place she can go?" said a hoarse-voiced rooster. Standing on the hay and crowing was his dream.

"I guess she just wants to get everyone's attention!" said a jealous yellow hen.

Because Mina was so timid, the other chickens in the farm looked down on her. During feeding time, all the chickens would eat their fill before Mina could have any leftovers. When it was time to sleep, Mina would be pushed to the farthest corner of the chicken coop near the door.

Lately, even the ducks from the neighboring duck farm started bullying her. Sometimes, when Mina found a worm, the ducks would chase her away. But the ducks had flat beaks, and the worms would always manage to slip away.

Despite how everyone treated her, Mina still found joy in her life and always maintained her manners. For example, she wouldn't argue with the ducks over a small worm.

One night, as Mina was looking at the stars through the fence, a fox sneaked into the chicken farm. Just as Mina was about to scream, the fox grabbed her by the neck and tied her up, stuffing a piece of cloth into her mouth. The fox had heard about her being a scaredy-cat and didn't even bother eating her.

When all the other chickens saw the fox, they were terrified! The fox declared, "I'll eat whoever makes a sound first!" So, everyone was too afraid to make a sound. The fox made all the chickens line up, waiting for it to tie them up.

At that moment, Mina stuck her head through a gap in the fence, catching the cloth on the fence and pulling it off her mouth. She quickly pecked at the rope with her sharp beak, freeing herself. As she ran away, she started screaming loudly, "Cluck, cluck, cluck..."

In the dead of night, Mina's screams were exceptionally loud. Little Black, the farm's guard dog, swiftly ran over. The fox was scared and quickly dropped the chickens, fleeing with its tail between its legs. As a result, all the chickens were saved.

Since Mina saved her companions, the chickens in the farm never bullied her again and stopped making fun of her. They even became friends with her. From that day on, all the chickens in the farm said that Mina the Flower Hen was the best and bravest chicken!
