How To Start Your Day
A Step-By-Step Guide

1) Wake up, preferably early enough so you can watch the sun rise and soak in the Vitamin D.
2) Drink a bottle of water. It wakes up the brain and helps flush out any toxins from the night before.
3) Stand up and do some morning stretches. They warm up your muscles and feel oh-so-good.
4) Make your bed. It’s a great way to tidy up your sleep space. It kicks off your productive day. If that’s your intent, anyway.
5) Walk into the kitchen and prepare your favorite drink, whether that be coffee, hot tea, or a matcha latte.
6) Enjoy your favorite drink. Take a moment and just be while you sip on it.
7) Open your fridge and see what you could eat for breakfast. Don’t skip this step. Pick something fresh with plenty of protein and nutrients.
8) Gather your ingredients and begin prepping your meal. Turn on some music, the TV, or even a YouTube video while you chop those veggies.
9) Turn on the stove and start cooking your breakfast. Don’t be surprised if your mouth starts watering.
10) Once your breakfast is done cooking, plate it neatly and place the plate on your table.
11) Then sit down in your chair and begin eating. Don’t be surprised if you feel yourself hovering in your chair. That’s the power of home-cooked food.
12) Take out your journal and start writing down the thoughts in your head. Don’t think about it. Just let the words flow. It clears the mind and allows the creative juices to flow.
13) After you’re done, go to your closet to pick out your outfit for the day. Choose something you feel good and confident in. It’ll change your whole outlook.
14) Once you are done, step out the door and see where the day takes you.
