Snowflakes surged to the size of turtle doves. The height of cars and trucks expanded to look like giant mountains on wheels. Houses became fortresses around this Christmas Day.

“If we just get the right amount of gifts, it will show just how huge everything can actually be,” Causewell Veck announced to his girlfriend.

“Everything is small in Delaware, except for this particular holiday,” Florid Veck replied.

“We just have to get through this traffic,” Veck announced. He peered at the bridge and made the vehicle even larger. The SUV bulked up like something that could dwarf a monster truck.

The vehicle drove through the water with ease. With the Delaware Memorial Bridge in their rearview, they noticed other cars and trucks gaining height and weight and making their way to dry land.

“Now, we’ve got to get past the trail to the mall,” Veck mentioned.

“That’s right but we have to stay this size because the mall just expanded in size and scope,” Florid responded.

“We’re on time. That’s a boon.”

Their gigantic truck didn’t demolish other cars like can crushers. Instead, it took a route to the front of Christiana Mall. Cars continued to transform into huge giants on wheels. The chill in the air felt heavier and their clothes grew. Veck and Florid marched forth, noticing the bird-sized snow begin to form around them. Trucks with humongous shovels moved the gargantuan piles of snow like a hand gathering powdered sugar on a kitchen counter.

They journeyed to the jewelry store. It had stayed the same size despite everything supersizing. It still was tough to get to the place because people stood in line as big as duplexes. They were prompt, but time escaped. The couple finally got past. Florid found a small diamond and proposed to Veek.
