Dear Meadow Book Acres Residents,

I know I didn't see it coming, but you under estimated where I came from. You didn't expect it, although I certainly did. I knew this woman for forty four years, and I know what she is capable of.

I have been watching from the grave, don't ask me why or how, because it is a secret for all those who passed before you. It should spook everyone that you have so many people watching you. Especially those who died, in this park, and there are quite a few of us. We have banned together and we troll this place at different times of the day, and especially at night. "We are watching you"! You can consider us the invisable police.

We see those dead babies you buried in your yards, and we see the robberies, and the drug deals, and yes, don't forget the shootings. The lucky ones get to go to the emergency room, the not so lucky ones, like me, yes, the coroners wagon is our vehicle.

I have seen them hanging the flyers, starting with the one asking for information, then they upgraded to a reward, but nothing topped the Halloween flyer. It was the same flyer, but in place of the reward offered, it had "DO YOU KNOW WHO KILLED ME?" She mailed them in to each and everyone of you, and to top it all off, it came from me:

Richard

In a Cemetery

She found out eventually, who shot those twelve bullets, so I guess I will be moving on, but don't fret those dead babies that you buried in your front yard, have souls although they couldn't talk yet,- they are watching you also.

That flyer, "The Halloween Flyer", came from a dead man, and it even spooked the lady in the Post Office, that came out, letter in hand, and said "Is this some kind of a joke? This is creepy."No it isn't maam, it is the season".

Nice and creepy. If only there really were an invisible police that ensured that people like that got their just desserts…ah well, c’est la vie. Good luck on the unofficial challenge!

Great story, Susan. There’s an additional power in a reward poster made by hand.
