Adam watched the Serpent trying to seduce Eve with a Forbidden Tree's apple. Eve rejected. Adam thought, "What if I eat it and learn everything like Father?"

When Eve was asleep under the tree, Adam snuck up and tore off an apple. He hardly took one bite when he heard God's thundering voice, "Who dared to eat the apple?"

Adam hurriedly put the apple into Eve's hand. Trying to push down the bite stuck in his throat, choking, he groaned, "Eve!"

Shocked, Eve said, "Let that apple be stuck in your throat forever!"

Angry, God expelled them both from Eden.
