World of Ice Cream: Watermelon, Passion Fruit, Strawberry

Watermelon Yogurt Ice Cream:

Effect: Watermelon is a very delicious fruit and contains many nutrients that are good for health such as good eyesight, refreshing, good for the cardiovascular system, beautiful skin.

Resources

• 300g watermelon

• 225ml Greek yoghurt

• 75g of honey sugar

• 30ml of lemon juice

• 25ml of vodka (or fine white wine)

Making:

Step 1: First, cut the watermelon into small pieces and remove the seeds.

Step 2: Put the watermelon in a puree blender together, then comb through the sieve to remove the remaining melon seeds.

Step 3: Take a large bowl and add watermelon juice, sugar, yoghurt and vodka to mix until the mixture is smooth.

Step 4: After mixing, add lemon juice to the mixture and mix well

Step 5: Pour the mixture into ice cream maker and set the time for about 30 minutes. If you do not have an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a plastic container, cover and put in the freezer compartment, every 1 hour you take out the spoon and mix well once, four times you are done. I had a delicious watermelon yoghurt ice cream!

Passion Fruit Ice Cream:

Function:

• Passion fruit contains many amino acids suitable for people with physical weakness.

• This fruit is also a good source of vitamin C and vitamin A. Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant and maintains a healthy immune system for pregnant women.

• And vitamin A helps improve vision and fight infections, helps cure anaemia, is beneficial for cardiovascular health, helps to relax, as well as reducing symptoms of insomnia.

Materials: Raw materials

• Egg yolk: 4 fruits

• Passion fruit: 4 fruits

• Whipping cream: 250ml

• Fresh milk without sugar: 200ml

• Sugar: 100g

Making:

Step 1: You get the passion fruit washed, cut in half and then scoop out the intestine, then filter through a sieve to get the juice, remove the seeds.

Step 2: Add sugar to the egg yolks, whisking the egg mixture with sugar.

Step 3: Put the milk in a saucepan and heat the old over low heat. Then pour the egg yolk mixture with sugar in a while pouring gently stirring in a circle

Step 4: Continue stirring until the blend is slightly effervescent, then pour the passion fruit juice on, continue to stir. When the mixture is well mixed, turn off the heat.

Step 5: Beat the prepared whipped cream. Wait until the mixture of eggs, milk, passion fruit crisp, mix with the whipped cream.

Step 6: Pour the whole mixture into the container, place it in the freezer. Then, after about 1 hour, remove the cream and scoop the cream up with the spoon, then smooth the spoon with a spoon and then place in the freezer. Do 3-4 operations to make the cream smooth and delicious.

Small note: If you want more elastic ice cream, in the process of boiling the egg, milk, passion fruit mixture can add 10g of flour to the same heat. Remember to dissolve the powder and pour it slowly into the mix, constantly stirring while stirring so that the mixture doesn't clump again and the cream will spoil.

Strawberry yoghurt ice cream scorching hot sun

Resources:

- 300gr mulberry jam

- 100ml of unsweetened yoghurt.

- One teaspoon sweetened condensed milk

- A little salt

Making:

Step 1: Prepare 50 g of mulberry jam into a clean bowl. Put mulberries together with 100 ml of unsweetened yoghurt and three teaspoons of condensed milk in a blender and puree. Blend until the mulberry mixture with milk turns into a paste.

Step 2: Mold the ice-cream clean, drain, put the ice cream mould in the freezer compartment for about 1 hour with this way when taking the cream will be more comfortable. Put the mulberry ice cream mixture into the ice cream mould, cover tightly and place in the freezer for about 8 hours to finish.
