Ahh…It is finally game day! Not just any game day, the BIG game day that we have been waiting for all football season long! I mean, it’s been a long season due to this quarantine year, however, Super Bowl Sunday finally makes its way to February 7, 2021! This is the joyous day that most Americans wait for, it doesn't matter if your team made it to the Super Bowl or not, most of us do not miss this game!

Restrictions have just let up in my state, and what better way to celebrate than throwing my ever-famous Super Bowl Sunday Game Day Celebration Feast! This year’s party will be family and a few close friends only, but hey, it's still a party when you got the big flat-screen TV, beer and other drinks, a spread of awesome goodies on the table, and your favorite jersey shirts!

If you are the type of person, who loves to entertain and throw great parties, but you don’t have the immense energy or time to dedicate in the kitchen, but you still want that awesome tasting, awesome looking food spread, then this article is just for you!

Let’s not waste any more time! You have got some quick food prepping to do! Listed below are a few dishes that I serve for this great occasion!

Queso Dip with Beef and Nacho Chips

I always start out with this dish first, because I can create this dish in the crockpot, and pretty much leave it until it is time to serve it up! I love this dish simply because of the fact I only need to stir it a few times, but that I can leave it in the crockpot for hours and it never burns up, and it's such a crowd-pleaser!

You can make this dish any way that you want, you will not screw this up! I would suggest, ground beef, however, if you made it with pork sausage it would taste just as good, or if you combined the ground beef and sausage, what an excellent kick! Grab your favorite tortilla chips to dip with, and you are all set to go!

I have tagged a YouTube video with instructions and ingredients to make this ever-savory dish! Don’t forget your Crock-Pot!

A side note with this recipe:

Depending on the size of your crowd, I would make this with 2lbs of ground beef 80/20. I would brown the burger by adding chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder to taste. I would buy one large block of Velveeta cheese but also buy a small block, just in case your need a little more to melt to cover the burger. I would also buy two cans of Rotel tomatoes. I would set the crockpot on High first, to get the cheese melting, but then once that takes place, just set it on warm for the rest of the night, and don't worry about it.

Ham and Cheese Sliders

I love making these because who doesn’t love ham and cheese, especially when they are grilled and the cheese is melted! I usually make around 18 of these sliders, because I also make cheeseburger sliders too, which I will share in a moment. Kids really are the ones who take to the ham and cheese sliders, so I don’t mind making a kid-hit favorite!

A side note with this recipe:

One of the things that I make sure I do is find the pre-cut rolls, and if I can not find them, then I go to the deli counter and ask for 18 dinner rolls pre-sliced. I don't have time to cut bread, and I would most likely make them uneven, and who likes that? I also buy about 1 1/2 pounds of Black Forest Ham with just your simple American sliced cheese. I do get out my glass baking dish and I do lightly spray the bottom with Pam cooking spray. Then I just lay down the bottoms of the rolls and then I only do one layer of ham, and then add my cheese slices, add the top of the roll, and then I do lightly put on melted butter that I had mixed with an Everything Bagel seasoning and then I cover it with aluminon foil in the oven for about 30 minutes at 400 degrees.

Cheeseburger Sliders

Ok, let's talk cheeseburgers! Let's face it, guys go for the cheeseburgers and the Buffalo Wings, which I will also share in a moment. Making the sliders though, is much easier, because again if you have kids at the party or us ladies who don’t want a large burger, but want that one or two-bite, sandwich then these sliders are perfect for us!

I have tagged a YouTube video with instructions and ingredients to make these delightful cheeseburger sliders!

A side note with this recipe:

I actually ground the beef and put in the diced onions as she suggested in the video, however, I season mine with Morton's Nature Seasoning brand instead. I also, make 24 sliders, because they do go quick with the crowd I serve. Again, I will find the pre-sliced rolls, and if I can't find any, I go to the deli counter and ask for pre-sliced rolls. I do add the sliced cheese on the bottom of the rolls, but after adding the hamburger mixture, I just open a small bag of the shredded Colby jack cheese because I do not have time to shred a block of cheese! I do melt the butter and put the sesame seeds on the top of the buns too, and it does give it a cute effect. I also bake the sliders at 350 degrees as well for about 30 minutes, enough time to melt the cheese.

The one and only crowd-pleaser, Buffalo-Hot Wings!

I love Hot Wings! I can eat at least 20 wings by myself! Give me a paper plate, 20 wings, and blue cheese dressing for dipping sauce, and watch me go! With that being said, I will make at least two frozen bags of wings, because again, I have learned that guys love their cheeseburgers and their Buffalo-Hot Wings!

I have tagged a YouTube video with instructions and ingredients to make these spicy Buffalo-Hot Wings!

A side note with this recipe:

I have to be honest, I don't have time to whip all those yummy ingredients together. This is actually what I do: I go to Gordon's Food Store and I buy two large bags of the frozen wings. I then buy two very large Red Hot Sauce brand jars, and then I go home. I let the chicken wings in the bags defrost overnight and then when I am ready to start assembling this is all that I do. I get out my large cookie baking sheet, spray it with Pam cooking spray, pre-heat the over to 400 degrees. I then rinse off the chicken wings, pat them dry, and then place them on the cookie sheet.

NOW GET READY FOR THIS: Once I have patted them dry, I place them on the cookie sheet and ALL I do is pour the Red Hot Sauce all over the wings and then bake them for one hour. I am telling you, they are the best wings and I get compliments all the time! Oh, and I never turn my wings over. After I get them out of the oven, I grab my extra crockpot, line it with foil, put the setting onto warm, and my chicken wings stay warm all through the night. Oh, and make sure that you have your favorite dipping sauces on hand, ours just happens to be blue cheese dressing!

An added bonus to this game-day snack goodie article!

There is one thing that I have never done, and that was to make food party rings. I have made subs in the past, which went over very well, and of course, sliders do too, but I have never attempted the party ring!

I thought for an added bonus, that I would tag a unique YouTube video that I found, that displays 9 mind-blowing food party rings that are sure to be a hit with the crowd that you are serving to.

I watched this video, and I absolutely loved most of their ideas, and you guessed it, I was already figuring out a way to make the food rings easier, but still even more tastier!

Ok, I hope you all enjoy this YouTube great idea of mind-blowing food party rings video!

A side note of this video:

I love how these party rings turned out, they present very well, and a fun piece to talk about at the table. I am sure you will get a lot of "oh and ah's" at your disposal. I think that they are also doable with the busy schedules of our daily lives be it the busy career person or parent.

Some of the creations I thought would take too much time, but I have to say, I am willing to try more than half of these food rings. Who knows? Maybe one of these will show up on my table this Super Bowl Game Day Season Celebration!

My party time food ending thoughts:

Here it is gang, I hope you enjoyed everything that was up for grabs in this article. I am all about great food, less time, with excellent taste! If you do decide to try any of the recipes I shared with you today, I can promise you, you won't go wrong!

When it really comes down to it, it doesn't matter what you serve, it matters on the atmopshere that you create within the party for your guests. However, I hope that I was able to provide you with some great, quick ideas to make everyone's tummy say Yumm...And not...Ummm...

Have a great Super Bowl Game Day Party! Cheers!
