1/2 kg-Mutton liver

10 + 7 -Shallots

1/2 tsp-Turmeric powder

5-Green chilies

2.5 tsp-Whole pepper corns

1/2 tsp-Fennel seeds

2.5 tsp-Coriander powder

1/2 tsp-Mustard seeds

10 small Garlic cloves

2 sprigs-Curry leaves

1.5 inch-Ginger

2 tsp-Chilly powder

1 tsp -Garam masala powder

1-Dry red chilly

1 tbsp-Coconut oil

Salt – To taste

Steps

Start with Adding the pieces of mutton liver in a bowl of water with 1 to 2 tablespoons of vinegar, and let soak for 30 minutes. In 4 to 5 rounds of water, thoroughly wash the items.

Fennel seeds and whole peppercorns should be crushed in a blender's small container. The shallots, garlic, ginger, and green chilies should now be added. Crush well and set aside.

In a deep, heavy-bottomed pan, heat coconut oil.

Now add enough salt and 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water.

After bringing to a boil, add the pieces of mutton liver.

Reduce the heat, cover the pan, and cook for about 15 minutes. Lid opened.

Stir fry at medium heat until the dish dries out and the liver is thoroughly covered in masala.

Never overcook liver because it will become hard.

Now Add Few curry leaves and 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper powder. Mix thoroughly, then turn off.

After 15 minutes, set aside and serve with paratha, rice, chapatis, etc.

Note:

1.Chicken liver can be used in place of mutton liver, but the results won't be as satisfying.

2.liver chunks should be marinated for improved flavor.

3.To give this recipe more flavor, fennel seed powder is used.

4.if you like spicy add more black pepper powder if you prefer your food to be more spicy.

5.For more aroma and tang, garnish it with some lemon juice.
