Does Italian cream cake need to be refrigerated?

Ingredients required for Low carb and sugar-free Italian cream cake recipe:
• 2 1/2 cups almond flour
• 6 large eggs
• 2 sticks of butter
• 1 cup of 0% Greek yogurt
• 1/2 cupalmondmilk
• 1/4 cup swerve
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 3/4 tsp. baking powder
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 cup chopped walnuts
• 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
Icing:
• 16 oz. cream cheese (2 packages)
• 1 sticks unsalted butter
• 4 tsp. THMsweetblend
• 2 tsp.-vanilla
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
• 1 cup pecan
• 1 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)
Preparation Method:
1. Take a large bowl and mix all the dry ingredients (except sweetener) and whisk together with hand mixer or electric mixer till well combined.
2. In an electric mixer, mix butter and sweetener till well combined.
3. Take a large bowl and add blend butter and sweetener and add yogurt, beaten eggs and milk.
4. Now carefully pours dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
5. Now grease with butter 2 round cake pan well.
6. Pour batter into the both pans.
7. In 350 degrees bake it for 25 to 30 minutes or till toothpick comes out clean.
8. Let it cool before serving into cake plate.
Icing:
1. Take a large bowl and mix cream cheese and butter together.
2. In the same bowl add vanilla, salt, nuts, sweetener and coconut and mix well till well combined.
3. Add topping of the cake with it.
4. Keep refrigerate it for an hour before serving.
