In our busy life 😉 cooking food is the toughest part. Among us some people can turn on the stove and put all the ingredients into it but
still we can't make it tasty as our mother or grandma makes so Iam sharing some recipes with eggs in simple ways
1.Egg cupcakes
Ingredients - Milk, baking soda, suger, flour, vanilla essence , eggs
Process to make - At first boil the milk. Take the bowl and break the eggs into it beat them with egg beater. Then add sugar into the egg and beat them again until the sugar melts. Take flour, and a half tea
spoon of baking powder don't use too much powder can ruin the cake.Put them into the egg bowl . Mix them slowly. Add oil into the mixture .Add the boiled milk slightly.
The milk should be cold . After mixing them well put one tea spoon of vanilla essence. Put the mixture into moulds and bake them.And your cupcake 🧁 is ready.Enjoy them with tea ☕ or juice.
Measurement- One cup of oil, one cup of milk, two cup of sugar, three cup of flour, four eggs in room temperature,one tea spoon of vanilla essence, half tea spoon of baking powder
2.Egg malai curry
Ingredients- Onion,cashew nuts, bay leaf, 🌿, cinnamon, cardamon, salt , poppy seeds ,oil , milk, boiled eggs, cumin and coriander powder
Process to make- Take a pot and put oil into it . Add bay leaf, cardamon and cinnamon and add salt into it. Mix them well. Wait until beautiful smell comes out . Add the garlic and ginger paste
and stirr it add cumin and coriander powder.Then blend the onion , poppy seeds and cashew nuts
together.Add the mixture into the cooking. Let it be cook for a while
and add milk into it. And cook it properly. Then add the boiled eggs.
Cook for a while and add some butter oil and finish your cooking.
Enjoy your delightful lunch with such an amazing dish.
Measurements-One cup of milk, Four cardamon, two bay leaf,
two cinnamon, one table spoon butter oil,four eggs , one table
spoon poppy seeds, four onion, One table spoon of ginger garlic paste,
3.Egg cutlet
Ingredients- Eggs, mustard oil,salt, mint leaves boiled potatoes, Chilli powder, coriander leaves, coriander powder, turmeric, onion, vegetable oil, cumin powder
Process to make - First take a pan and add some oil into it. Add onion
into the oil stir them add some salt and ginger garlic paste, Coriandar
and cumin powder and turmeric powder and chilli powder and add
some water . After a while add the eggs . After completing the cooking
add coriander leaves into it. Mass the boiled potatoes. Add chopped onion, green chilies, mint leaves and mustard oil . Mix them well.
Make round shapes and put some egg mixture into it and make bolls.Take a bowl and break an egg. Dip the boll into it. Then dip it
into dry flour. Again dip it into the egg and then dip it into the flour.
Then finally dip them into the breadcrumbs. Keep them into fridge
to let them set. Then fry it and enjoy a delightful snack
Measurement- Three eggs,four potatoes, 2 coriander leaves and one tea spoon powder, salt as per taste, Oil one table spoon, mustard oil , one tea spoon of turmeric powder, one tea spoon of chilli powder
one table spoon Ginger-garlic paste one table spoon,
3.Egg omelette
Ingredients- Onion, eggs, salt, green chilli, tomato, coriander leaves, vegetable oil
Process to make- Take some chopped onion and green chilli, put some
tomatoes and eggs and coriander leaves then beat them and fry them and enjoy your dinner
