Let's make a baby with a brain .....

Brain development

From 1 to 3 years

Food to be given and activities to be done

By the time a child is 3 years old, their brain develops 80%. By the time they are 5 years old, their brain develops 90%. Brain development in early childhood plays a crucial role in a child's behavior.

Regarding the food to be given

First of all, after the child is one year old, we should first accustom the child to the family's diet. While giving the food prepared for the child, gradually give the child the food we eat.

We don't want a baby, but a healthy, intelligent, active child. I will mention a few types of food to be given for that

After the child is one year old, children can be given foods with salt and sugar, but giving them too much will slow down brain development.

For brain development, children should be given quality food. Especially eggs. Quail eggs and fish (small fish such as sardines, halibut, parafry, salmon, linno, pond fish, hadello, raw halibut should be given. Crayfish and shrimp can also be given. If the child finds it difficult to eat these, they can be fried and powdered and added to the food. It is better to give the minimum amount of fish and sharks because they contain mercury. )

Leaves, especially gotukola and moringa leaves (two types of leaves that improve memory power) should be given. Among them, Mukunuwenna, Sarana, Tampala, Kathuru moringa spinach, and any other type of leafy greens that we eat can be given.

Vegetables such as sweet potatoes, sweet potatoes, okra, dambala, radish, beetroot, parsnip, pumpkin, carrot, potato, bean, cucumber, cucumber, broccoli are high in nutritional value. Divide these vegetables into three meals a day for 5 days a week and give them a balanced diet.

In addition, add olive oil, butter (not Astra margarine), safflower oil, sesame oil and white coconut oil to two out of three meals. (Give a small amount, not a large amount. Do not exceed two tablespoons a day.)

Be sure to grind cereal powder, peanuts, cashew powder, sesame seeds and add two spoons of yogurt to the food. If possible, grind almonds and add them. Add one of these powders to the food every 5 days of the week.

Rural cashews and cashews are a type of food that contributes greatly to the development of intelligence.

Prepare a meal prepared from chickpeas, peas, green beans, beans, corn kernels and green peas for breakfast five days a week. Nuts should always be given for breakfast.

In addition, rulang, habala pethi, and kurakkan are three types of foods with high nutritional value. If you can provide oats, it is also beneficial. Make various dishes from these and give them to the child.

From the types of fruits, the child should definitely be given pomegranate juice, melon juice, orange juice. In addition, it is mandatory to give avocado, guava, beli, divul, watermelon, any type of banana, mango, and guava as additional meals. Minimize giving apples, oranges, and grapes. (Not very suitable for children since they are used for preservation).

Try to find fresh vegetables and fruits whenever possible.

Give the child one yogurt daily (if you can make yogurt at home, it is beneficial). Also, give one small piece of chocolate daily. Give a piece of cheese two days a week. (When giving milk to your child, never give him several types in one day. If you gave a piece of cheese for the morning supplement, give him fruit for the evening supplement. If you gave him yogurt for the morning supplement, give him a Triphosha pill for the evening supplement. Similarly, balance your meals.)

After the child turns one year old, he can be given liquid milk (fresh milk).

To boost the child's immunity, two days a week, one of these should be boiled: ginger, coriander, five-piece, belimal, ranawara, iramusu (100ml or 150ml is enough for a child over a year old).

Biscuits, instant noodles, foods containing various flavors and especially fizzy drinks are not suitable for children at all. They hinder the child's weight and also hinder brain development. Do not give the child too many cheese and flour-based foods to make the child gain weight. Giving children too many sweet foods causes children to be hyperactive.

Allow them to eat on their own. Both with their hands and with their mouths. If nuts are given, boil them until they are very finely ground. Meanwhile, if the amount of food he eats is not sufficient, feed him at the same time. (Let him eat things like yogurt and cheese by himself) Make the child accustomed to putting the dishes in the sink after eating. Provide opportunities for the child to wash his hands by himself before and after eating. Allowing him to do it every time will eventually make it a habit.

As soon as you give something to your child, make sure to give some of it (especially something like food) to others in the family. First, ask for a piece from you, and secondly, give it to your brothers and sisters. By instilling such habits in the child's mind from an early age, selfish ideas that arise later disappear.
