Has there ever been a right time to start a family?
Is there a right time to start a family? I’ve heard many opinions over the years about this and it wasn’t until around the beginning of 2019 that this question really came to mind and I found out I was expecting in 2020!

THE PAIR I LIKE TO HAVE
Life would not be great if it was not for having the right combination of wine and cheese. I am Italian and with every meal, we had wine served with it. My grandfather grew red grapes and made his own wine. He had wine in the cellar fomenting, It was the best wine one would ever taste. I remember eating the grapes when I was a child. One day I sat eating grapes and I was almost sick. To this day I love grapes especially the green ones. The best way to celebrate holidays is to have family and friends at the table enjoying good food and drinks. Making your own cheese is best than buying it in the supermarket. Christmas is the one holiday when I make Cheese Balls. I serve it with a nice red or white wine. Thanks to my daughter who taught me how to make the great cheese ball.

Changing
Chapter 1: I hear the sounds of my feet hitting the ground in a rapid pace. I’m running, I’m trying to get away. I feel the panic in me worsening, he’s fast, too fast. As I’m running through the darkened woods I beg for mercy and hope I don’t stumble over my feet. One moment of hesitation and he’ll get me. I plead to myself, I’m too young to die, please, I’m only 17. I hear nothing, quietness, I look back and notice he’s gone. Relief comes over me as I’m about to stop running, then my body slams into what felt like a wall. It was him. He’s got me, and he grabs his knife and slams it into my side, then chest, with no sign of ever stopping.

A Broken Home
Unknown of what to write this winters eve. Should we continue to strive at writing our own story? For what ever reason that we do, I think it is the right one. Me, I am writing so people know who I am, what has happened in my life, and most importantly, to move on. I suffer from serious mental illness so I do not write the best so I would appreciate you looking past the unexplained errors.

Setting the Mommy Standard
I read an article while I was pregnant that said something to the effect of your baby shower sets the tone of the type of mom you'll be. Now, I didn't know if that was factual or not, but I've seen enough posts on social media that made motherhood look awful. I was not even having that. The only thing I wanted was not to lose myself in motherhood. I'm still me regardless.

Moms: It's OK to Make Yourself a Priority
I think it's safe to say that, as a mother, we've all been there. We have started a day off on the wrong foot and then the whole thing crumbled apart from there. No breaks, no relief in sight, and not a single moment to yourself. Then as soon as the children are asleep and you think you might have a moment to do something just for you, you fall asleep. Or maybe, if you're like me, instead of sleeping you clean your kitchen because it's the next thing on the list that needs to be done.

Teething : Products that I found soothed my babies gums
TEETHING. I remember I was so excited for my daughter to get her teeth, to see her go from a gummy wee baby to a little vampire! The first 2 bottom teeth came through and it was a breeze, she didn't give any signs of distress or pain. Phew. Boy were we glad! " This is going to be a breeze if she's this good now!"
