How I Relieved My Osteoarthritis Pain Naturally with Mapap Arthritis and Red Light Therapy: A Personal Story
By Jastine Smith

I have always been a fan of red light therapy. Ever since I discovered its benefits for pain relief, I have been using it regularly for my chronic back pain. It has helped me a lot, not only in reducing my pain, but also in improving my mood and energy levels.
But recently, I found out that red light therapy can also help with another condition that I have been struggling with for years: osteoarthritis. Osteoarthritis is the degeneration of the cartilage that cushions the bones in the joints. It causes pain, stiffness, and reduced mobility in the affected joints. It can affect any joint in the body, but it is more common in the knees, hips, hands, and spine.
I have osteoarthritis in my knees and hands. It makes it hard for me to walk, climb stairs, hold objects, or do simple tasks. I have tried many treatments for it, such as medications, physical therapy, lifestyle changes, and even surgery. But none of them worked for me, or they had side effects or complications that made me worse.
That’s why I was intrigued when I read an article about mapap arthritis, also known as acetaminophen or paracetamol. Mapap arthritis is an over-the-counter drug that can help reduce fever and relieve minor pain caused by conditions such as colds, flu, headache, muscle aches, and arthritis. Mapap arthritis works by blocking the production of chemicals called prostaglandins, which are involved in inflammation and pain sensation.
The article claimed that mapap arthritis can be effective for mild to moderate pain from osteoarthritis, but it may not work for everyone or for severe pain. It also does not treat the underlying cause of osteoarthritis or stop its progression. Moreover, mapap arthritis can have some risks if you take too much of it or use it for a long time. It can cause liver damage, especially if you drink alcohol or take other drugs that affect the liver. It can also interact with some other medications, such as blood thinners, anticonvulsants, or antibiotics.
The article also mentioned another natural remedy that can help with osteoarthritis pain: red light therapy. Red light therapy is a form of photobiomodulation that uses low-level red and near-infrared light to stimulate cellular healing and regeneration. By applying red light to your affected joints for 10 to 15 minutes a day, you may experience some of these benefits:
Reduced inflammation: Red light therapy can lower the levels of inflammatory cytokines and prostaglandins in your joint tissue. This can help relieve pain and swelling in your joints.
Increased blood circulation: Red light therapy can dilate your blood vessels and increase nitric oxide production. This can improve blood flow and oxygen delivery to your joints, enhancing their nourishment and repair.
Stimulated collagen synthesis: Red light therapy can activate fibroblasts, the cells that produce collagen. Collagen is a protein that forms part of your cartilage, bone, and connective tissue. By increasing collagen production, red light therapy can help rebuild your damaged cartilage and slow down its degeneration.
Enhanced mitochondrial function: Red light therapy can boost the activity of your mitochondria, the energy factories of your cells. By increasing the production of ATP, the energy molecule, red light therapy can help your joint cells function more efficiently and effectively.
The article said that red light therapy is a safe and effective treatment for osteoarthritis pain that has been supported by multiple studies . For example, a 2013 randomized controlled trial found that red light therapy combined with exercise improved pain, stiffness, and function in patients with knee osteoarthritis compared to exercise alone. Another 2015 study found that red light therapy reduced pain and improved quality of life in patients with hand osteoarthritis.
I was amazed by this article. It sounded like a miracle solution for my osteoarthritis pain. I decided to give it a try and ordered a red light therapy belt online.
When the belt arrived, I was eager to test it out. I followed the instructions and wore it for 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the evening. The belt felt warm and comfortable on my knees and hands. It didn’t hurt or burn at all.
After a few days of using the belt, I noticed something incredible. The pain in my knees and hands started to subside. It wasn’t gone completely, but it was much more tolerable than before. I felt less stiff and more flexible in my joints. I could move around more easily and with less discomfort.
After a few weeks of using the belt, I noticed something even more incredible. The pain in my knees and hands was almost gone. I felt no more inflammation or swelling in my joints. I could walk, climb stairs, hold objects, or do simple tasks without any problem. I felt like I had new joints.
And then, I did something that I hadn’t done in years. I went for a bike ride.
I put on my helmet and gloves and got on my bike. I felt a surge of joy and excitement in my veins. I pedaled along the road, feeling the wind in my face and the sun on my skin. I felt alive, happy, and free. I felt like myself again.
I couldn’t believe it. Red light therapy had changed my life. It had given me back my mobility and my independence. It had given me back my bike ride.
I don’t know if red light therapy can work for everyone with osteoarthritis, but it worked for me. It was the best decision I ever made. If you are suffering from osteoarthritis pain and looking for a natural and non-invasive way to treat it, you may want to give red light therapy a try. You may be surprised by the results.
