I Love How He Loves Me

GRACELLA

NOV 19, 2025

(Just a Devotional):

I am left in a sweet place here and had a wonderful time with my Lord, as I always do. But this was different. Unspeakably different. It is not really something I can share, because it is just one of those things that belongs to you; if you know what I mean.

I know that a corner has been turned. Something has been gained. The present is priceless. And it is everlasting.

These times like this that we have with Him need to be held onto, precious as gold. He comes to us with His own plans that we may not know about, and He will give you a surprise here and there. We may not even understand what He is giving you at the time, but you hold it. It came from God!

I love how He loves me.

I am never forsaken or left behind.

His eyes are on me continuously.

He sees me and He hears my concerns.

He plans and has planned all the answers already.

He takes you along on this marvelous journey, and it is like your eyes could be shut, and yet, you trust Him. Even if He goes out of sight for a short time, you see His steps ahead and hear them. If you stop and listen, you do hear Him near you. It’s in the heart.

His commands become your desires.

Imagine having someone over you, issuing commands, and yet it is thrilling!

Only God can leave you with that satisfaction.

Only God.

He is a Father who knows best.

Never a reason to doubt Him. If there is something we think we cannot do, He leads.

If we hesitate, He gently nudges you.

He whispers in the dark at night when you sleep.

Writes things to you.

Delivers His dreams He has for you, right there while He watches you sleep.

Daytime, He is right there, waiting for you to come and sit down and talk a bit. This is the truth. I speak to Him about everything. And I pray to Him about more.

He is a balm to any wound I have. Any.

His judgments are true and Holy and righteous. You see His decisions in the world, and you know they are right. You can see God too as He draws you near to tell you that something needs to be washed clean. Perhaps you have a problem you forgot to take to Him, and you are fighting with yourself, trying to figure out how to fix it.

If you have been in a close relationship with Him and your trust has grown so much, He will come to you very quickly with that nudge, that small reminder.

After a while, He has taught you to take it to Him first.

That is how our amazing God works. The Holy Spirit is living and working in us all day and night long. He doesn’t just stop by for a check-up. No, He is directing every step you take.

And, you know when it is God. There is no replica of Him.

You know His voice.

No one can take that away from you.

Being a fighter for the faith takes us to a place higher than any worldly high. It is filled, and it fills.

That armor of God we wear serves every problem or situation that comes up. It is a beautiful thing when an issue comes up and, instead of jumping in to worry or try to fix it, you take it to God immediately. That will happen—no thought to it.

You go.

You go to the voice you know.

The God you know.

You become a storm that judges. Judges righteously. It takes time, or it takes enough trials to get you to understand that. I remember learning what it really meant. We are to look at the world and its deeds, and we are to judge. Not to judge whether they should receive life or death. But we judge what they do, and we see that we are in alignment with God and His righteousness and Holiness.

Our spirits ache for people.

We can become more like Christ and ache and weep over the loss of souls in the world.

The loss of anyone missing out on knowing God weighs heavily on our hearts, just as it does on His.

Did you know that we are His helpful healers?

We see those who need healing, whether physical, mental, or spiritual. God, of course, is the Healer, but He wants us to take that up in our hearts and fill in gaps where compassion needs to fall.

He says we are to be the salt of the earth and the light in the darkness.

There is nothing to fear when we carry His light.

We do not always know when someone may find their way just by watching how we stay in the Light.

God’s eyes are everywhere, seeing all. He considers those in despair or in need of a bit of compassion, and He calls on His children to fill those gaps.

He gives us discernment to know who does need it and who does not.

He will not want us to fall into traps, and discernment is a significant gift He gives.

The light in Jesus that we carry sees the people who are tangled up in the dark.

He works in us the desire to offer His light.

Our being reveals another person’s darkness.

We can even see them stir around as we come into a room.

The room may be silent, or it will stir up into a loaded chaos.

One or the other. It happens. Our spirit can see right through deception.

Just standing on God’s Word and showing that compromise is not a part of who you are can present a truth to people.

They will see that you stand for God, and they cannot bend you. Of course, it takes much prayer because the spirits in the background do not like your stand.

They listen to you. They take notes in their minds. Those dark spirits watch.

They pass out ideas to those who do not know Christ, and they take those ideas and build on them in that person’s mind. We have to believe in this and the dark side, especially in these times.

If a person is not in Christ, they are only following Satan in their lives, even when they don’t think they are. Their ideas will come from one side of the spiritual battle, while yours will come from the other side of the fight.

It is not the person you are fighting.

It is the spirits that influence that person. We must remember that. We pray for the person, and we do not push or argue with them.

We save all our strength for battling the real battle, the spiritual battle.

The only way to do that is through prayer and a relationship with God.

I love how He loves me.

He teaches us these things so that we can be overcomers.

(Not a Bible study; just some thoughts before bed).

Goodnight all!
