CHILDHOOD OF EARLY 2K KIDS

Yes we have been referred as 2k kids but it is not that actually it means, we are early 2k kids born between 2000 & 2002. We experienced many beautiful moments with friends and family & closely related with 90s kids.

There are no words to explain those beautiful days which was filled with lot of memories and these days kids are meanwhile missing it badly. They don't even experienced a single part of our beautiful life because of the evolved technology and separated families. We spend huge time with family , the huge and joint family is what we lived . We never had personal mobile or laptops until joining college. We enjoy going out and playing with friends.

We sit together with family to watch tv shows and enjoy with home made snacks. Grandparents are our favorite persons, they teach us games - school subjects, they tell us stories and play with us, make us laugh. They take us to school from home and take back home everyday. We say they rae our real teacher and when parents go out for work grand parents are the people who taken care of us and grown us. The most beautiful part is they groom us take shopping outside and also cook our favorite food.

Those days we had only one telephone in our home that is landline and may be a male persons like father use to had phone . I still remembered it was Nokia button mobile which played huge part in our life and a supercool mobile. We fight with father to watch cartoons when he is watching either cricket or news. We use to wait eagerly in front of television to watch our favorite song to be telecasted. We talk to radio telecasts like FM radio, Kovai fm, kodaikanal FM and many more. Doordharsan (DD podhigai) was the best channel during those days, they telecast many interesting things.

We watch cartoons , these days cartoons even cant compete with that. Pogo Tv, Cartoon networks was our favorite. There were many interesting cartoons which was telecasted on those days but we miss it now as they are not telecasted. Tom and Jerry was every ones eye, there are no persons who will not love it.

We always used to go out with family together for special occasion, that is some beautiful happiness when w ego out for shopping. Our parents area the one who select us beautiful cute dresses, we get gifts from our relatives for festivals or functions. Those were on those days, strongly bonded relatives but now no one is willing to even face each other.

Our school was beautiful we play many games with friends and teachers. Our teachers teach us many interesting things , majorly we are involved in the physical activity most of the time rather than sitting in front of a book or computer.

Most important thing in our habit is that every one of us had our own piggybank where we use to save money, it created a very good habit on all of us. And finally we buy some things from our saved money

We always rom outside with our friends , we were like a family those days, the real friendship. The food we ate and snacks were something special and loved by all which is the major missing nowadays.
