Ways To Fix Your Wi-fi Connection on an Android Device

It can be a nightmare if your android phone or device can no longer connect with your Wi-Fi because this is the only way you can access the internet, and in this day and age we all know that most of us can't live without being online. However, you don't have to fear because there are ways you can try and fix the issue. Here are solutions that might help.
Restart your device.
This is the simplest method you can use to solve your problem. All you need to do is to switch off your device and restart it again. This normally does fix a bad connection.
Reboot your router/modem.
This is another simple way for connecting your Android device to Wi-Fi. Your router might be the problem and you need to reboot it.
Switch off your router/modem and wait for at least a minute or two then turn it back on
Wait for all the indicators lights to come on and then check your connection.
This might be the solution to the problem.
Enable/Disable Airplane mode.
Another way that can fix the problem of Wi-Fi connectivity is by enabling the airplane mode and then disabling it after a few minutes.
The airplane mode is found in the notification panel.
Just pull down the panel and you will be able to see it. Enable it and wait for a few minutes then disable it. This could be able to fix your problem.
Turn Off the Wi-Fi Network
If the first and second solution have not worked out for you. There is no need to worry. You need to turn off your Wi-Fi network and reconnect to it again.
Go to your device settings, then tap wireless and networks. Then all the lists of the Wi-Fi networks nearby will appear, including your own network or the one you want to connect to.
Tap on your Wi-Fi network, then tap the Forget network option.
Tap on the wireless and networks again the network you want to connect to will appear and all you have to do is put in the password.
Tap connect and see if it works this time around.
Reset your Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings.
If all the above solutions don't work, then you can try this one. Resetting your Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings will most likely solve the problem, as network settings can be corrupted at times. The reset will take it back to its original state. In order to do this you need to
Navigate to settings and then to system or general management.
Select Reset options or Reset Network settings from the menu.
Select Reset WI-FI, and Bluetooth, and then confirm that you want to reset your network settings.
Your device will restart. Then you can connect to your network and put in your password.
Factory reset your phone.
If all the above has failed, you can try to restore your phone to factory settings.
First, you need to back up all your data before you attempt to do the factory reset so that your important files are not lost. Always use a reliable software to do that.
Go to settings then go to systems and tap the reset options. Then you should delete all data. Once your phone has gone back to factory settings. You can try and connect to your Wi-Fi network and see if the problem is fixed.
Contact your service provider
If all else fails, then you need to contact your internet service provider. Sometimes your device might not be the problem, but the Wi-Fi signal instead. They might solve the issues that you are facing.
