Education plays a vital role in a living society. The primary goal of education is to help a man grow physically, mentally, and spiritually. The human body is blessed with a perfect mind and spirit, and to make this body more perfect and beautiful, games are incredibly important in the sphere of education. To maintain their body fit and healthy students are participating in different games. There is a sound mind in a sound body.
Importance of Games:
To keep our body fit and healthy, games are very important. Games play a crucial role in the maintenance of a healthy, strong, fit mind and body. Playing games is a physical activity, through this activity, a sports person is utilizing his energy and activating his organs, which in return makes different organs stronger inhaling fresh air expands the lungs and helps in the circulation of blood in a body which makes a body stronger and healthier. Games make a person free from different diseases and worldly tensions.
Advantages of Games:
There are a variety of benefits to games that children can learn from.
1- Students thoroughly engaged themselves and inspired themselves to keep moving forward by playing games.
2- They can pick up virtues like tolerance, self-control, punctuality, honesty, social graces, and a sense of community. They can decide things collectively. So, that they may establish teamwork and unity.
3- They are courageous enough to deal with a variety of challenging scenarios and know how to solve their issues. They give their best throughout competitions. Despite repeatedly losing, they have the fortitude to hold onto their optimism. They worked diligently and with effort till they were successful.
4- Children who take part in various games accelerate their learning process. Unlike those who are not engaged and participating. Because athletes have developed their bodies and minds. They play games while using their physical systems. So, they are more consistent and engaged in their field.
5- Role-playing games and imaginative games encourage children's creativity and imagination.
6- Math and literacy skills can be honed through educational games, which make learning enjoyable.
7- A lot of games call for analytical and logical thinking, which are abilities that can be used in academic settings.

Unfortunately, our nation places a greater emphasis on academics than on gaming among students. Our pupils are developing a love of reading. They are carrying a heavy load of coursework without understanding the benefits of games for learning. Playing games is crucial for the growth of calmness of body and mind in education. Books can help us grow our minds, but playing sports can help us build our bodies, and if a student has both a strong mind and body, he or she will be able to lead a wonderful life.
It's crucial to remember that the advantages of games in kids' lives mostly depend on the games themselves, how age-appropriate they are, and how gaming time is distributed among other activities. To guarantee that kids have a happy and well-rounded gaming experience, parents and other adults should actively participate in advising and supervising kids' game selections.
