This Is How to Speak to the Universe

You Can Have Anything You Want If You Only Know How to Ask for It.

Life is a continuous mental conversation, a conversation that relies purely on thoughts, beliefs, and perceptions.

The truth is, how you play the game on the mental level determines if you are successful or not.

You can push harder and harder in physical reality, but if you don’t change what’s in the mind, it will only lead to more frustration.

Reality Mirrors Consciousness

In 1988, a French researcher René Peoc’h conducted an experiment suggesting that consciousness can directly influence physical reality.

A small robot was programmed to move completely randomly across a cage.

In the initial trials, the robot followed its programming, moving without any patterns throughout the entire cage.

Then, day-old chicks were placed on one side of the cage. They immediately imprinted on the robot, treating it as if it were their “mother.”

In their presence, something strange happened: the robot no longer moved randomly, it began moving closer to the chicks, as if responding to their desire to stay close.

The point is, when we create a certain picture of the world in our mind and truly believe it’s real, our thoughts can literally influence the external world to match that belief.

That’s why everything that exists in our mind has a direct impact on physical reality.

Every thought, every emotion, and — most importantly — every belief projects outward, creating feedback loops within our environment.

If you continuously recreate your own failures in your mind then the universe will respond with only more of that frustration.

On the other hand, if your mind is filled with past and future wins… then there is simply no room for failures.

That is the power of momentum — most people, after a great win or a big loss, seem to keep going in that same direction, because that’s the only thing that exists in their mind.

Modern neuroplasticity proves that this is real. Each thought we create in our minds carries its own vibrational frequency.

When you repeatedly think or feel a certain way, your brain essentialy adapts by reinforcing neural pathways that align with that frequency, matching your patterns of thought and perception.

Over time, this process tunes not only your mind but your entire being to resonate with those specific frequencies changing how you interpret and react to the world.

The easiest way to understand this is to think about your thoughts as of magnets.

Every time you focus on a thought, you attract it and the more time and energy you spend on it, the stronger the force of attraction becomes.

Selective Attention

A young boy came to his grandfather, anrgy at his friend with whom he had argued. He was torn by conflicting emotions, feeling just as if two wolves were fighting inside him. One wolf represented fear and anger, while the other love and empathy. When he asked his grandfather which wolf would finally win, his grandfather’s answer was simple:“The one you feed.”

If you think about it, if reality is a reflection of imagination, then the only things that can affect us in any way are the things that exist in the mind.

It’s easy to believe we are ruled by external factors, but the truth is, they exist only as long as we give them space for it…

When you choose to ignore something, it simply loses its influence on your vibrational frequency.

The key to speaking to the universe effectively, then, is to allow only the things you want in your life to enter your mind and to ignore all the rest.

When you focus your attention solely on what you want to attract, you leave no room for anything else to take shape.

The universe, in turn, has nothing else to mirror back but the reality you’ve chosen to create.

Self-hipnosis

The way we frame our intentions in the mind — whether in the present or future tense — signals to the subconscious how ready we are to receive what we’re going for.

When you say, “I will…,” you actually create a mental barrier, a kind of future-oriented idea that the universe interprets as something you haven’t yet claimed as your own.

To the subconscious, “I will” means “not now.”

But when you shift your language to the present, the entire energy changes.

I am” is a declaration of truth, an undeniable part of who you are.

In this way, you can literally convince your subconscious that this reality is already yours, not some distant, wishful idea.

Think about it, you can move from dreaming to claiming, and in that claiming, you can speak your dreams into existence.

Countless Repetition

“Constant repetition carries conviction.” — Robert Collier

When you repeat something enough times, it stops being just an intention, it becomes a part of who you are.

Repetition is perhaps the most fundamental way of creating a new reality.

The subconscious, unlike the conscious, listens to every thought, belief, and expectation that arise in the mind. With enough repetition, these statements become more deeply rooted in the subconscious, and over time, it accepts them as truth.

At some point, this alignment shifts from conscious effort to automatic response.

Your subconscious begins to take over, changing your perceptions, reactions, and decisions to mirror what you’ve been feeding it.

You might not even notice it happening — you simply start living in ways that resonate with your vision, as if the reality you’re aspiring for is already there.

And this, in fact, is the whole point.

Listen to The Universe Responses

One time, during a psychotherapy session, Carl Jung listened as his patient was telling him a dream in which she was given a golden scarab, a symbol of transformation in ancient mythology.

As Jung listened, he was sitting with his back to the window and he suddenly heard a weird, kind of “tapping” noise from behind him.

When he opened the window, a beetle flew into the room, a beetle which, contrary to its natural habits, felt an instant urge in that moment to enter a dark room.

For Jung, situations like this, which simply defy logical explanation, were not just random coincidences. Rather, he saw them as the universe’s way of responding to us.

He coined the term as “synchronicity”, defining it as:

“the coincidence in time of two or more causally unrelated events which have the same meaning.”

To effectively communicate with the universe, you must not only speak in a way that match with your vision, but also listen to the universe’s responses.

When you open your mind to notice these synchronicities in your life, you receive more and more guidance from the subconscious, and your intuition will be stronger than ever.

Remember, life is a constant dialogue between you and the universe.

As soon as you stop viewing life as a battle in which physical effort is key to winning, but rather as a mental game, where everything you create in your mind reflects back, you will see that life is not all about struggle, but proper attitude in the first place.

Master the mind and the reality will follow…
