College Success
There are many important parts or ideas that make for success. People go to college because they want to become something. So what happens when they find a class that they don’t like doing? Whether it be homework, a professor, or any other aspect of that class if a student doesn’t like the class they will find it hard to progress and to do well at that class. The most important thing about being successful is finding something in the class that interests you. Many students get so caught up in the class and how much they hate it that they forget why they took the class in the first place. If students remember that they took the class to develop their skills and ultimately excel in their profession it will help students do a paradigm shift and change the way they think about the class. Along with that, some classes are just plain tough. That’s where persistence comes in. So often when faced with something challenging, students and many people throw their hands up and toss in the towel. College isn’t supposed to be easy, but it is worth it as most anyone who has ever earned a degree can testify. Another thing students can do is to annotate. There are many benefits of developing this habit that are often over looked when the word annotate is mentioned. One such benefit is the ability to use the notes of the paper instead of having to read the whole thing all over again to find one specific point that you liked. The use of these key skills will help any individual seek success in college and for the rest of their lives.

Notes On Transfer Of Property Act
Even if you are the sole owner of a property, transferring it to another person has tax ramifications because the transaction is likely to generate benefits for the seller. Even if this isn’t the case (as it is in the instance of donating property or transferring rights to another person through a will), the transfer must be performed in accordance with applicable tax regulations. In this post, we’ll look at the Notes on Transfer of Property Act, which lays out the rules for transferring property from one person to another.

America's First Examples of Progressive Women Fighting Patriarchy & Racial Barriers
In Colonial and post-colonial times in America, marriage was a sure way of securing a well fitted social and economic class rather than freely loving someone and having the option to choose who to marry. Although the rhetoric of affectionate marriage in the early national period presents marriage as a matter of individual choice rooted in emotion, the two novels I analyze force the reader to recognize that marriage is, in the 18th century seduction novel Coquette, primarily a means of economic and social mobility, and in the 19th century historical romance Hobomok, a mechanism of settler-colonialism and racial preservation. These time periods birthed a new type of woman in society that pushes back against being drawn in and trapped by the archaic traditions of marriage that society has set in place for women. Two texts from this time period that exemplify and use the idea of marriage as a means of economic and social mobility is the Coquette by Hannah Webster Foster and Lydia Maria Child’s Hobomok. While each story portrays marriage in their own way, both women protagonists refuse, and fight their societies view of who they should marry. In the Coquette Eliza tries to assert free will but comes to see how her choices have repercussion and her free willed spirit becomes her downfall. As for Mary Conant the American rebel, in Hobomok her situation becomes a bit more complex with racial issues closely intertwined with marital issues. Mary goes against her empirical Puritan society traditions of marriage by marrying Hobomok an Indian before turning around and ending up marrying into a European middle-class family to Mr. Brown. Eliza and Mary are seen juggling relationships between two men and this love triangle dynamic gives a good insight on the complications and the stress of societies constraints on marriage and relationships. The Coquette shows us that marriage remains a primarily economic arrangement, despite the period's rhetoric of affectionate marriage. Hobomok shows us that marriage in the 19th century as a domestic frontier novel is primarily an arrangement meant to preserve racial purity in society over their faith.

Go to College, or?
If there was one thing I wanted to do when I was younger was to attend college. Everywhere I turned college this college that. College was shown as this glamourous thing that is a must. So in my first year, I notice college was in a way like High school, you got the jocks, the techies, the culinary (ok, not the culinary, because there were lunch ladies), and finally the outcasts (where I fit in). The classes were more attractive because they had to do with the career I wanted to do. I liked that I was able to choose the time I wanted to go. (Well, if the class was available.) It became an issue when I had to get a job to pay for my classes; I was lucky to have financial aid and fee waivers because college wasn't free. The textbooks would be pricy, and most of my paycheck would go into books.
