Prayer , a form of sleep

To conserve our energy sleep is very crucial . To stay healthy we need minimum six our of sleep a day .

Many answer to our questions or problems come to us when we are sound asleep . Dr. John Bigelow in his famous research on sleep declare that the role of our habitual thinking is essential to know the any answer or any thing that you really want whether in a negative or in a positive way .

WHY WE SLEEP : According to science we all have a biological clock which is called circadian rhythm . in day our brain releases a hormon (cortisol) which keeps us energetic and at night due to darkness brain release a hormon (melatonin) which makes us feel sleepy .

but the main reason we sleep is because, during deep sleep "The nobler part of our soul is united by abstraction to our higher nature and becomes a participant in the wisdom of the GOD.

SLEEPING TECHNIQUE : As we enter the sleepy drowsy state, the subconscious submerged to a great extent in a sleepy state . the reason for this is that the highest degree of outcropping of the subconscious occurs prior to sleep and just after we awaken. In this state the negative thoughts which will neutralize you desire and so prevent acceptance by your subconscious mind , are no longer present.

SLEEP IN PEACE AND WAkE IN JOY : Assume a comfortable posture , relax your body , get into a sleepy state and say quietly ,over and over again , my toes are relaxed , my ankles are relaxed ,my abdominal muscles are relaxed , my heart and lungs are relaxed , my hand and arms are relaxed , my neck is relaxed , my brain is relaxed , my face is relaxed , my eyes are relaxed ,my whole mind and body are relaxed .I fully and freely forgive everyone , and I sincerely wish for them harmony , health and peace . I am at peace with no evil, poised or steal .

Through out the night this will heals and you will wake in joy or with the peace .

THE FUTURE IS IN YOUR MIND: Remember that the future is already in your mind by your habitual thinking and belief until you change it through prayer .Claim infinite intelligence leads and guide you and that all good is yours , and your future will be wonderful. Believe it and accept is as true ,accept the best and best will come to you .

CONCLUSION: Your subconscious never sleep it is always be in a duty .It controls all your vital function forgive yourself and everyone else before you go to sleep , and healing will take place much more rapidly.

sleep brings counsel ,prior to sleep .claim that the infinite intelligence og our subconscious mind is guiding and directing you. Then ,watch for the lead, which comes ,perhaps on awakening.

Sleeping is essential for peace of mind and healthy body . Lack of sleep can cause irritation, depression ,and mental disorders. you need eight hours of sleep.

Robert O 'Brine ,In an article , "Maybe you need more sleep "he find that the tried brain need apparently craves sleep so hungerly that it will sacrifice anything to get it. After a few hours of sleep loss, felt stolen naps called lapses or micro sleep ,occurred at the rate of three or four hour . As in real eyelids drooped , heartbeat slowed .Sometimes the lapses were period of blankness or filled with images or dreams .And it can happen to you , as many who have fallen asleep at the wheel of a car.
